skinny for summer

What are the best ways to get thin for summer which is very soon!
mainly in the the thighs and stomach!!
please help
what foods should i stay away from and near and what exercises?

You may not have 'skinny' thighs and stomach, but you will look toned (which is even better) if you exercise. Just follow the general health rules. You can have dessert, but not a lot (one serving will do). Try to stay away from processed foods and fast food. Drink lots of water and make sure you get fresh fruits and veggies every day, if you can.

As for the exercise, you could do some crunches, lunges, running up stairs... running in general is very good for you and will help you build lean muscle. Tuck in your belly when you run for an extra push in that direction. Good luck!
