I have the same problem but still learning how to control it, here's what I've gotten so far. Stay away from the foods that take you in further. Stay away from allinjected foods, that contain elements, chemicals, and what not. eat naturals. I think you addicted to american foods. And staying away from it and taking the smallest amount of it will help. It you get hungry keep drinking water until u can't drink anymore. The water will fill you up so good you won't even think about eating anything else.

Chew slowly. At LEAST 30 seconds for each bite. Also, sip your drink in-between each bite. The drink should be water. Diet pop maybe, but nothing else. If you chew slower and drink more liquids while eating, you'll fill up faster.

The most important thing is to control your portions. After you serve yourself what you're going to eat, put the extra back in the fridge, cupboard, etc. and WALK AWAY. While you're eating it, it helps to maybe have a conversation with someone or watch TV or read a book. You'll be more focused on that than the food and you'll be less likely to want seconds.

you just have to control yourself. binge eating can happen because of boredom, but it doesn't have to. try eating healthier foods, and exercising. if you realize that you're getting fatter, than all you really can do is exercise and control your eating. good luckkk!! :]

here is some information on it. talk to your doctor or a therapist for help. its very hard to cure this all by yourself. extra help is much easier.

first off when your going in for food count to 100 thinking about what it will really do to your body and you may find that you dont really want it by the time your done..
also when your eating count at least 10 chews each time, and try taking a sip of water between every bite, this makes your body feal fuller so you may not eat as much.

boredness has a serious impact on eating if you are ever bored you seem to feel like eating. I do not know if this is the case i think you should maybe try and keep busy, going walks every day and taking up a sport or hobby can help your weight plus keeping you busy.

hope i helped

with love
