Gym

17/f 145 lbs 163 cm

I finally got registered at a gym (after weeks like wowww) and I was wondering how long I should be spending there, 3 days a week, and if I can push it, 4 days. If it's any help, I want to lose atleast 15 lbs by the end of summer (20 is preferred).

how can i grow taller

ok im 15/m and im 5'4 all my freinds are taller than me even though i used to be taller than them, is there anyway i can grow taller eating stretching if so what kind of foods or stretchings or whatever i can do, oh and dont recommend those grow taller pills or suplements, it dont matter if what the foods are i wont get fat i have a great metabolisim, thanks

cellulite

how do you get rid of cellulite.. i know you can exercise.. ive been doing that for about 3 weeks now and no results yet. I work out 3 times a week i run the treadmill, do the bike exercise and nothing seems to be working.. its in my thighs..

breasts

ok,at the time i started getting breasts,i was overweight,and then i lost weight,now that im 14.i wear a 34c-34d size bra,and my breasts are kind of saggy.im just wondering if there is any exercises i can do to get them to look normal.u always see the girls in magazines & such with prefect breasts,so thats what guys expect.this is bringing my self esteem & confidence down alot.please,any help would be highly appreciated.thank you.

i have been doing EVERYTHING to lose weight lately! i have worked out most days of the week and on days i dont work out, im always up doing somethinglike cleaning. i have even gone down to eating 1000 calories a day, but i havent lost any weight! its driving me crazy! what gives??? im 138lbs. 14/f 5'9"

Okay, well I'm 14 years old and I'm 5'0.
I am 165 pounds.
I was wondering what the average weight for me is?
It is really hard for me to committ to a diet.
Does anyone have any tips for me?

loosing 20lbs is becoming impossible..

okay, i've been trying to loose 20lbs since like..oh i dont' know, january? i was doing WICKED good dieting and such, and then one day middle of febuary, i decided to have some KFC. and i've been binging ever since. good news? i managed to loose 20lbs within that month and a half. bad news is i can't keep myself motivated to stick to something again.
i always tell myself "i'm starting a new diet now" and it works for a couple days. then i start binging again.

i want to stop and get healthy. i already have a good meal plan:
breakfast- Oatmeal, Peaches, Water, Multivitamin
OR Pinnaple-bannana Smoothie (bannana, pinnapple, soy milk, ice)
Lunch- Turkey Wrap, Non-Fat Pudding, Apple, Water
...

any ideas on how to lose some weight?

ok. so. i feel like a little chubby, so ive been trying to lose some weight. not THAT much, just 5-10 pounds.
in january, i decided i needed to lose 5 pounds. but i didnt have time to lose it quickly, so i did it slow.
around april i had lost 5-6 pounds.
the only thing is; ive been trying to lose more and im stuck.
i try not to eat much. and when i do eat-its all healthy food, like cottage cheese, blueberries, soup, and slimfast bars. i excersice about a half hour everyday ..sometimes every other day.

any tips?
it seriously would be greatly appriciated.

oh. and idk if this helps any but-
im 15, 5'2, 98 pounds.

weight loss

im over weight and have been since i was 8 years old but some of it is from meds that i have to take for a lung disease i have. the meds. help me breath but make me gain weight this disease also makes it hard for me to work out. im not a junk food eater cuss im allergic to most junk foods so it cant be blamed on that but im at the point now that i dont no what to do to loss the weight is there anyone that nos what i could do??

body fat

Okay I'm 5 ft, 14 years old, and I weight 114 pounds, on a website I wanted to see how much body fat I had and it was 36%, and I'm going to be perfectly honest, my stomach is sorta chubby, but nothing else is, on the website it said at 15% body fat you could start seeing four packs and things like that, well I need help on losing body fat and fast, I'm tired of my stomach I can't stand it, I need to know foods I should eat[things I could get at a grocery store], and what exercises I need to do, I'm willing to do anything right now, please help.

ddr -> weight loss?

i have the video game ddr (dance dance revolution) and i would definitely get bored and lose motivation quickly doing a regular running/walking workout. so do you think if i did ddr for a set time daily or like 5 days a week that i could lose a few pounds? im only looking to lose maybe 5, at most 10 pounds. im not in a rush but the sooner the better. im trying to eat healthier also, but thats a different story. if it would be a good cardio workout, how long should i do it for daily? a half hour? 45 minutes? im willing to try to fit it into my days if it will help. thanks

Extreme Fitness

People who live in the Toronto area / Thornhill area may know of the gym... Yeah so this is directed to the people who know this gym.

I really thing the place looks promising, but after reviews I don't think so. Because people said it had 'broken equipment that would never be fixed' and really bad staff / personal trainers.

The manager offered me a pretty good deal, but I've also heard that there are many hidden fees which would probably make up for the amount he cut off and more.

So yeahhh... I was wondering if it's worth it.

my face is kind of fat right now. if i take 2 30-minute walks a day (leisurely pace) how long will it take to see results? will dancing help? how long should i dance & how do i keep that from making my boobs smaller?

holy love handles!

Okay, well today I'm going to the movies with a couple friends, nothin' big. But I've been putting on my jeans and some of them don't fit and others really show my love handles. I'm not fat or anything, i don't have any fat on my body really just my love handles, and my butt's pretty big. So I was just wondering how to get rid of the love handles, would just running help or is there other exercises, I know eat right obviously, but what else?

what kinds of things can i do to lose the fat on my face? i eat pretty healthy, (lots of fruits -- should i cut down the sugar? would drinking mor water help?) but i never exercise. would walking help or would i have to run to lose the fat? any other tips

toning up

17/f, 5'8ish, 150lbs. I want to tone up, like my legs, stomach, and butt. My thighs and butt are big and I don't like it. I want to be able to wear shorter skirts without feeling self-concious. What can I do to sort of lose weight, tone up, in my legs and butt? School starts mid-August so I wanted pretty good results by then. Thanks!

OK so Im 5ft 8 and I weigh around 130 something...Am I fat? People call me fat and all I can do is cry about it. I eat a lot. I dont notice I eat that much but I do :(
