weight i have been doing EVERYTHING to lose weight lately! i have worked out most days of the week and on days i dont work out, im always up doing somethinglike cleaning. i have even gone down to eating 1000 calories a day, but i havent lost any weight! its driving me crazy! what gives??? im 138lbs. 14/f 5'9"

hMm..my guess is that you're gaining muscle while losing fat. Even if you're not losing weight on the scale, you might still be getting thinner. What are you doing to work out? Try to do more cardio than anything else. ]
thats because your body doesnt want to lose wieght.....you are a perfect weight for your hieght. i mean im 5'6'' and im 140 and thats normal...so trust me you dont need to lose wieght.
