Question Posted Saturday July 7 2007, 12:11 am

What muscle groups can I work out to make my obliques less protruding? They're by no meens fat, just a little too muscular.

Additional info, added Saturday July 7 2007, 10:24 am:
They're naturally muscular, I do workout, but almost never cardio or abs, I usually focus on squats/hip sled, and upper body.

try abs because that will tighten the skin around the lower stomach and hopefully make your abliques less obvious.
