holy love handles! Okay, well today I'm going to the movies with a couple friends, nothin' big. But I've been putting on my jeans and some of them don't fit and others really show my love handles. I'm not fat or anything, i don't have any fat on my body really just my love handles, and my butt's pretty big. So I was just wondering how to get rid of the love handles, would just running help or is there other exercises, I know eat right obviously, but what else?

Anything with cardo. Eat right. Do crunches targeting the obliques! (Cross one leg over the other, like if you were sitting down with a laptop in your lap, and put the opposite arm behind you head and crunch to make the elbow and riht above the knee touch. Your other arm should remain at your side. ]

Love handles are so annoying. Believe it or not, so many people have them. Running & eating right is definitely a start. It could help you drop a few lbs, but you can't target where you lose the weight. There are specific exercises you can do to help you lose your love handles-

Those were all from google. Basically, you have love handles from extra fat stored in your stomach/hips area. Therefore, for you to lose your love handles, you should burn fat. It explains it in each article. Good Luck!
