ok. so. i feel like a little chubby, so ive been trying to lose some weight. not THAT much, just 5-10 pounds.
in january, i decided i needed to lose 5 pounds. but i didnt have time to lose it quickly, so i did it slow.
around april i had lost 5-6 pounds.
the only thing is; ive been trying to lose more and im stuck.
i try not to eat much. and when i do eat-its all healthy food, like cottage cheese, blueberries, soup, and slimfast bars. i excersice about a half hour everyday ..sometimes every other day.
any tips?
it seriously would be greatly appriciated.
oh. and idk if this helps any but-
im 15, 5'2, 98 pounds.
If you lost anymore weight, especially 5 + pounds, you'll be seriously underweight which will cause all kinds of health problems.
If anything, you need to put weight on, please stop trying to lose weight, you'll make yourself ill and cause health problems in later life too.(i know this from my own experience).
Eat a balanced diet, quit the slimfast bars, you can still eat healthy but a healthy diet is a balanced diet.
Being skinny isn't attractive, i'm not having a go at you, i'm just really passionate about this subject because i've been there, i'm suffering terribly now because of what i put my body through, losing loads of weight, i'm 5ft2 like you, and went down to 6 and a half stone (93 pounds), that was 6 years ago and i'm so ill becaus of it. It's took me 6 years to get back to a healthy weight, i love my new curves. It's much more attractive that skin and bones, and much healthier too. [ chakra's advice column | Ask chakra A Question ]

There are a couple of options you could try:
- Going to the gym.
- Running once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
- Doing some sort of sport.
- Swimming back and forth doing lengths.
- You can try looking up on the enternet some good exercises and balanced diet to go on.

Do not starve yourself- it actually makes you gain more weight. If you eat too little, it can also cause you to over eat later. So, my advice is. Eat full healthy meals. Pasta, lean meats, like chicken, turkey, wraps, rice, even TV dinners are pretty low calorie. Keep exercising 30 min. a day.
easilyfixed answered Friday July 6 2007, 7:02 pm: you don't need to loose any weight.
you can probably just start eating normally again but keep working out. all you really need is toning. You're probably not loosing any more weight becaues if you loose any more, you'll start loosing muscle.
you don't want to be sickingly skinny either. remember, curves are actually good. [ easilyfixed's advice column | Ask easilyfixed A Question ]
