My face went from just a insignifcantly bit chubby to lean, but that took 3 months of varsity wrestling, as I don't think you can target your face muscles :/ Try jogging, you'll lose calories much faster all around and you will have more energy. Power Walking is time consuming, dull (in my opinion) and results are poorer. You will notice your legs tone up mainly if you Power Walk.

Realistically, you won't loose your boobs- just the fat from your boobs. That isn't a bad thing! ;)

The walking is good so keep at it, and do add that dancing- it makes for a fun work out. Dancing will also help you tone up and gain a bit of muscle.

I don't know how long it will take you to see the results, but if you stick to healthy exercise and diet, I would guess maybe a month or so to notice a change?

From what I understand healthy weight loss is something like 4 pounds a week, so in a month, that's 16 pounds! It may not seem like much, but it is a noticeable difference.

Whenever your losing weight, you always lose it from the places you least want it to leave, so no matter what you do to lose weight, your gona lose some boobage. walking regularly like your planning to is a good idea as it works every muscle in your body and doing it as you said 2 30 min walks a day that is plenty. Dancing is a great help in getting into shape and losing weight because its fun and it is also working most muscles in your body. Sign up for a dancing course at your local rec centre. Theres a variety of dancing choice to choose from. After say about a month you will see a difference. It does take a long time to see a difference but it's slowly happening.

p.s as for the dancing, it depends on how long the dance class goes for but probably 30 minutes afew times a week would be good.
