Q: i got a t-shirt from my middle school for the end of the year and i want to know how to make it more fun. all my friends like cut it up and do all these cool things to their t-shirts. does anyone know any thing i could do to mine thats easy?

you could buy paint pens and write your last name on the back and right fun things on there. ehh one could be like class of (what ever year you are graduating)or put cute little designs and stuff on it like squiggles. hope i helped

Q: ok, i have this wierd way of walking up and down the stairs, where i always need something like a handrail, and i always go up or down with only my right foot first, and place my left at the same one my right ones at. I am trying to walk normally w/ out a handrail, but i dont have good balance, how can i make better balance? Also, if it helps, I have lower depth perception than normal.

i am not sure that walking with every other foot is normal. everyone has there own style of walking and your is just unlike certian others. well you could try balancing on a straight line. the reason why you are so unblanced probably is becasuse you have weak ankles. so strengten up your angles and try walking a diffrent way! hope i helped

Q: I have a fever..its 102.4 and my tonsils are swollen. I have a sore throat and my ears hurt. I have a head ache. I'm achy everywhere, My eyes are sensitive to light, and my neck is really stiff. Yeahh I REALLY don't feel good..AT ALL. Any idea on what I might have or whats wrong?

alright so you have a fever. hmm if your tonsils are swolen there is a chance that you and tonsilitous. ive gotten it before,well i used to get it all the time and mine were really bad. the reason why your ears probably hurt is because your body is clogged up which does something to your ears. if you are achy every where and your neck is stiff there is a chance yo could have the flu. sooo either you have the flu or tonsilitous. you should go get it checked out if you really dont feel good. hope i helped

Q: Well I'm going swimming tomorrow. Today I had my period for the first time and I tried a tampon. It was really hard to get out. I tried pulling it out in different directions and I tried like half a box of tampons and I'm pretty sure it's in correctly. The string almost broke when i tried to pull it out it hurts. My parents wont let me get in the water without a tampon and i cant sneak in without one because they check to make sure im not lying. Oh and ive tried the lowest absorbensy and lubricant stuff still doesnt help. Please help!

alright, you are better off wearing the tampon because uhh you dont wanna turn where ever your swimming in red, uh cuz that would be gross. lol well did you try to read the directions? there is directions in every box that helps the first timers. try putting your leg up on the sink and pulling it out. when you relax dont tense up because it collapes your vaginal walls! now about your parents check your cooch, thats a little wierd you should let your mom do that one and if you still feel uncomfortable just check every once in a while. you can keep a tampon in for up to 8 hours but its kinda gross if you keep it in ther ethat long soo change it every 2 hours or so. if you fell wierd then just go check it, just what ever you do, DONT go swimming with out one because ehh that owuld be sick!

Q: I'm working on a slide show, and wanted to add music, but I don't know any sites I can go to, to download music to my PC does anyone know anyone know any good websites?

you can download LIMEWIRE (www.limewire.com) its good. you can download a bunch of songs at once and you can look up songs and everything! its really good i use it and i have over 1000 songs! its fast and easy!

Q: okay so im usually the one that is giving the advice, and i REALLY need help. but bare with me because im warning you this is long and if you answer me with a decent answer i will rate you a 5 if you read it all.

OKAY so lets begin...FYI: 16/f

so i have a BESTFRIEND thats a guy...and in our past we went out in 7th grade and 9th grade. In 9th grade we got pretty intimate(not any kind of sex though) and before we went out it took me forever to get him to admit that he liked me, like we would ALWAYS be talking on the phone and going to the movies with our friends and he would hold my hand. soooo we went out or whatever then broke up because he liked another girl. well its a new summer and just recently we have been talking on the phone a lot, and if i dont call him he calls me, which has been the past 3 times and hes like so you werent going to call me? and i go yeah i was just i was waiting a little longer. then the other night i kinda got upset and sad and he could tell when we were talking online and he was all like tell me, tell me. and i was like no i dont want to talk about it, what does it matter to you? and he was like because i care about you. that right there was like a slap in the face( a good one lol) because he has never really said that to me like that before. and i know he does care about me, because we are SO comfortable with eachother and everything. so last nigth he was trying to get me to tell him what was wrong and i wouldnt. so i was like i love you though and he goes no you cant say you love me unless you mean it, and i was like but i DO in a friends only kind of way, and he goes no you cant tell me you love me unless its more.

i know this is really confusing, believe me he confuses me. does it seem like he likes me? and i really dont know what to do, because we always argue about the stupidest things, and last nigth he even told me he LOVES getting me mad because im so cute when i get mad and the faces i make. but yeah anyways my bestfirend (thats a girl) just thinks its all a bad idea, i kinda do too but i dunno when we went out last time he was the only person i even considered losing it to (of course waiting for at least a year or so) and what is REALLY confusing was, okay well he wants to comeover to make out with me and and stuff, and like im all up for it, but he was telling me how he pictured it and he was all yeah we would be making out then i would look deep into your eyes and i would ask you out again and you would say yes and we would go out for forever,

ALRIGHT, long but non-confusing. sounds like you guys are going to end up getting married! lol its good that he cares about you, im not sure if you should jump right into a relationship with him because you and/or him might regret it. see how long his feelings like this lasts. id give him a week or soo to see if he is the right guy. also i think it might be a bad idea to have sex with him. ive known alot of people who thought they loved, well they did love them but they completely regreted having sex. not because they got STDs or are pregnant or anything like that but, after a couple times of you know, well yeah lol there boyfriends dumped them. i am not saying that he is going to dump you right after im just saying be careful if you dont want to be hurt. if he really likes you and honestly cares about you, he will make sure you know it! i hope i helped!

well, youll appreciate them when you are older believe me. lol well you could wear shirts that arent very tight on you. but i just say gotta say, if youve got um, flaunt um. its not a bad thing to have big boobs youll realize that when you get older. but you could wear bigger shirts that dont show your bodys curves or you could go jessica simpson style and tape um down lol yeah dont do that it might hurt! just wear loose clothing and you should be good. just be happy youve got boobs!

Q: so last night i got really drunk and cheated on my bf and i cant even remember what the guy looked like (i hope he wasnt ugly lol) but the problem is i dont feel guilty about it at all and i know thats not normal..so does this mean i should mabey reconsider the relationship i have right now with my boyrfriend?

well, if that happend maybe its because you dont really like your boyfriend that much. i cheated on my boyfriend and i really didnt give a shit. lol and i liked him a lot. maybe you thought it was worth it, you should think if your boyfriend really means anything to you anymore. you could still like him its just that sometimes its nice to be risky.

Q: Today i went to a meeting at school for anyone interested in being on the cross country team next year. a couple of my friends are on the team so i thought i'd go and be on the team next year. The coach said we need to be ready August 7th to run 7 miles. I came home and couldnt even run one! i'm determined to do it, but i need help thinking of a workout plan, any ideas?

i LOVE to run. i was in cross country. when i first started out, it was hard. i ran 1 mile and almost puked my brains out! gross sry, lol! alright before you run, drink a lot of water it helps your body function more while you are running a lot. work out. im not saying go to a gim for 15 hours and work out like crazy! im saying do a couple of crunches and push ups before you run! it always gets me pumped up. get some sleep before you run because your body is going to be worn out and you have a lot of food in your system and it slows you down. the best time to run is in the morning, have a small snack like fruit or something but DONT i mean DONT drink orange juice or eat oranges before you run or you'll be running to the bathroom. ive learned that thanks to my cross country team! if you dont like someone tell them to drink a lot of OJ before you run, good blackmail, ahah. just make sure to stretch drink lots of water exersize and just have fun! hope i helped~

Q: What do they do when they give you birth control? Do they give you any test or what. Im going tomorrow to get it but i dont know what they will do.

they tell you about what you are going to be going through. symtoms, the chance that you could still get pregnant, everything you need to know. mostly its like a plan parenthood and they tell you everything about protection, STD's and more. if you are on birth control you should still used a condom because they are only 99% accurate and they dont protect you from getting STD's. be careful!!!!!!!!! hope i helped

Q: Whats the fascination girls have over 6-packs? When my gf starts talking about celebrities, athletes, or other guys that have them, she drools over them and I feel miserable about myself and left out, I mean what am I supposed to say to that? I don't know if thats her way of telling me I should have one or what. It kind of bothers me, but I don't know if telling my gf that would do any good. All her other friends think the same thing, I just don't see whats so great about it...so what is it and what do you think I should do?

there is nothing hotter than making out with a guy that you can rub your hands on his hard six pack lol you are you and if your girlfriend is trying to hint that to you then she isnt a very good girlfriend. you are you and if she doesnt like it then go find someone who likes you for you not because you dont have a six pack. dont get me wrong, six packs are hot but i would never try to change my boyfriend because he didnt look like a celebs body. a little more to love is always nice too =] hope i helped

For the past 2 years, I have had always had discharge coming out several times a day. It doesnt stink or anything, but its annoying to always have to wear panty liners and have my friends think its because I got my period. The thing is, I have yet to get my period, and I did some reading a few months ago (when I found out that it was discharge) and learned it usually comes out before you get your period (or while you have it). Should I see a doctor about this, or is it no big deal? Its not much of a problem for me, I just want to know if its natural or not.

its natural. most girls bodies are diffrent from each others. discharging a lot mean you are on the verge of getting you period. sometimes you discharge a lot before you get your period even if you get it a month or so later. its completely normal. just because your friends bodys are diffrent from yours doesnt mean anything. you can still have your period and discharge a lot. thats normal too. dont be worried your body is in a state of changing and things will be happening that may not seem normal but they are.! hope i helped@

no. its alright! i love to be in shape and have a good looking body. if you sweat on your stomache it might make it infected so just to make sure you could put a bandaid on top of it. but its okay i was worried to because i run a lot and i wasnt sure if something was going to happen. but its okay. it might hurt a little when you move your stomache around because i know mine did and i just got it done a week or two ago. hope i helped!

Q: ok so i have been on and off with my boyfriend for about 2 months. I'm dating this guy. Ryan. We have been dating for about three weeks now, Yeah, I know - It's not that long. But this isn't the first time we dated.

My best friend, almost hooked up with the same guy. But we went out one night and she did things with another guy and almost went all the way. Ryan found out and told me about two months ago that he didn't want a girl like that, So we started talking more, My bestfreind hates it with a passion. We started dating. My bestfriend found out and told me, it's me or him. Take your pick. Of course, I chose my best friend. Me and Ryan broke up. Then about two weeks later, me and Ryan started talking about, and everything was cool with my bestfriend, We even pledged to not let another guy get between us ever again. Last night I hung out with both of them.
