-you can cut up the seams of the sides and then cut strips into the shirt, and tie them together
-use fabric paint, and write inside jokes, or color pictures on it
-have your class sign it with permanant markers
-embellish it with jewels and rhinestones
-sew on designs with thread (the friendship bracelet kind)
let me know if i helped! ]
have people sign it, get like, a lot of different color permanent markers, and glitter or what not. glam it up &then have people sign itt.=) hope i helpedd.♥ ]
Here are some ideas --
Cut off the sleeves, but not the ENTIRE sleeve, leave some fabric there. And tie a ribbon under them.
Example:[[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)]
Take glitter glue and write '2006' in huge letters.
Have people sign in different colored sharpies.
You can get some adhesive rhinestones, or just regular rhinestones at a crafts store and glue them on with super glue or a hot glue gun.
Those are some ideas.
Hope I helped!

have people sign it
cut off the sleves
hot glue buttons + glitter and other thigs on it
if you really want to on the sides right at the bottom of the hole where the sleves were (you have to cut out the sleves) cut satraight down un till youve cut the whole shirt then on each side cut about 2 or 3 inch stripsall the way down the shirt on both sides then tie the strips together then do the same thing on the other side of the shirt
if you want to do it onthe bac you dont need to cut out the sleeves but you can you cut down the center of the back and cut the strips + then tie the strips + ur done
hope i helped

one thing you could do is cut up the sides of the shirt almost the the end but still leaving room so you can put it on. Then you on both sides put even cuts going into the center on the shirt. so then its all ruffly....then you tie each of the slips of the sides so then the shirt is back together but all ruffly....its a cool look. just a suggestion,

you could buy paint pens and write your last name on the back and right fun things on there. ehh one could be like class of (what ever year you are graduating)or put cute little designs and stuff on it like squiggles. hope i helped ]
You could everyone to sign it then embroider over the top in different colours. You could tie-dye it or add different patterns. You could decorate it will different buttons or motifs. You could cut the bottom into little strips and get everyone to sign a strip. (Obviously don't cut them off just have them dangling). Hope this helps some. ]
I don't know if you want to use this but my kids had their entire class sign their shirts....like a yearbook. They still have them as mementos. :) ]
