I don't know what i should do about that cuz he's 3 years older then me. And he's never kissed a girl... so should i stay with him or should i dump him cuz he might do something with me??

Well my boyfriend (of 6 days shy of 10 months) lets call him Steve, well, he has a problem with my best guy friend, we'll call him Joe.

Steve told me that he doesn't like Joe because i simply tell him too many things, and i talk to him too much. But Joe is almost like a best friend to me, and nothing more.

Now, Joe has a girlfriend, who i am good friends with. Accually today was their one year anniversery. So no, we have nothing going on between us more than a friendship.

So i don't see why my boyfriend is over-reacting, he knows i love him, and only him.
Joe loves his gf, and wouldn't like anyone else.

I mean, Joe has given me very sweet compliments, calling me beautiful, because i have a very low self-esteem, so he tries to change that, but nothing will ever change the confidence in my self.

He's just a nice guy, who i'm very good friends with i can trust Joe with a lot of things.

And i love my boyfriend to death, but i really wish he wouldn't have a problem with Joe, and Steve does know that Joe has complimented me, and didn't have a problem with it, he agreed.

How can i have Steve not have a problem with Joe?

I've been at my job for several months now, and I just got switched to a new position within the job. I'm 21 and female, if that helps.

My problem is that I can't get along with the person who is training me (I'll call her Kim). Kim likes to micromanage, be in control of everything I do, and waste my time.

For example, I asked her how to edit the books and she said for me to do it myself. So I told her exactly what I was going to do and she said to go ahead and do it. So I finished up, put the book away, and started working on something else. She stopped me, told me I had done it wrong, and had me do it all over again.

I've caught her in mistakes and she'll never admit she's wrong. She always find a way to turn it back on me. We have keys organized by letters and numbers, and I asked her where the SVC keys were. So she told me wrong and I let her know. She said I asked her where the LFE keys were and that I was wrong and shouldn't "make mistakes when I'm asking questions".

It's not any one big thing. It's just a bunch of little things that go on all day. I'm pregnant and hormonal, and I end up crying in the bathroom several times a day because sometimes she is just flat out mean to me.

How do I deal with this problem? I really need it to stop. I'm afraid to tell the supervisors because Kim is the only black person in the office, and I'm afraid they'll oversimplify the problem as racism and miss the point completely (they do that a lot). Please help before I quit or go insame. Thanks.

I wanna become friends with some of the more popular kids at my school so I can go to some of their crazy parties. I can be really shy so I don`t know how I should go about doing it. If I leave a myspace comment on anything of theirs, I often don`t get anything back.

what i think you should do is try to became popular and maintain your self. you should know popular people dont care anything but there self because im one I use to be shy but i learn that you have to be more outspoken.you should know that they're to good to send a comment back.so you should make your own myspace and tell them to put there comments dont answer.if that dont work you dont want to be them any way theres a lot of drama and back stabbers.

13/f It seems like my life has gotten a little out of hand in terms of my friends. My "group" always gets in a lot of fights, i mean come on we're teenagers we live on drama. I always seem to get in the most fights though. Also, I'll blow off my family sooooooooooo much to hang out with my friends, just because I'm afraid that if I don't hang out with them, my best friend especially, we'll get so much closer and find a new best friend or something.
