You can't decide on whether to have sex with him just by not enjoying something like phone sex.
If you are asking advice if you should have sex, then the answer is definitely no, because you are obviously having doubts.. otherwise you wouldn't be asking for help. You should only have sex, when first of all you are LEGAL, have everything you need beforehand, know the risks and are 100% comfortable doing so.
What's the rush?

She's 13.. and if her mama didn't teach her anything about morals, well, I'm sorry for her future. She will have one filled with hell and regret. Plus they didn't even spell KNOW right...
Look.. take some advice from me. DO NOT HAVE SEX UNTIL YOU ARE FULLY READY. I am 20 years old, engaged, and still a virgin. I have been with this guy for a year and know he's the one. BUT I will not have sex with him until we are married.
I love him very much and most of all love my Lord.
I know what it's like to be a teenager... I was just one! I dated a guy for two years when I was in highschool and didn't have sex with him.
I know the pressures of boys and their sweet words. I also know what it's like to want to rip a guys shirt off and eat them for dinner! :)
Please, do not do it until you are ready or you will truely regret it.
