i have to get into shape.....this guy i loke is so cute and i want him..and i just wanna make sure my belly is flat...cuz i am not fat i just wanna get nice so he will notice me...but i am 115 lbs. and i am like 5 feet 1 inch
but please help me find ways to get him...cuz he likes me and i like him....and if this helps i go to water polo and swim training everday
and i play soccer and cross country

I have answer some similar problems before, so i am going to tell you some methods you could do to lose weight and be more fit:
1-You can go to the club everyday after or before the practise, and go to the gym and work out some exercises for losing weight and being in shape, and there you could consult a trainer and he will help you and tell you the suitable exercises for losing weight.
2-You can consult a doctor to make you a healthy food plan containing the 4 food group
3- Quit all possible junk food
4-If you get hungry ,you can drink lots of water
5-You can go for long walks everyday
6-and you could buy some of those electronic machines to your own home, and work out every morning when you wake up.

NeedAdvice21 answered Wednesday July 12 2006, 10:34 am: hi-what you could do is to be more fit is eat healthier food or go to a local gym and workout. if you go to a local gym, the thing for you is to go on a treadmill and do 5 laps, put the grade on 3, and start slow then get up to as fast as you can jog on it, and then get slow again. so you have to streth that out thoughout the whole 5 laps. also you seem to be fine. i am 5'3'' and 135lbs. i wish i had you body.
