My friend just told me she smoked weed. She is 14, and I don't know what to do. I can't get her in troble. She said she only smoked half a bowl. What can I do to get her to quit? I don't want her to fool up her life

Me and another one of my friends is concerned because we think that one of friends is having an affair with her boss. He is the owner and chef at a small cafe and he hired her a couple of months ago as a waitress. He is married but always tells our friend that works for him about his marital problems and has even told her that is wife is a "stupid woman", and that he can't stand her kids (from another marriage). He is always going over to her appartment, and he invites her over to his house when his wife is at work. We are friends with this man too and I have seen them when they are together, always flirting, and they give each other back massages.
He has no intention on leaving his wife so I'm worried that my friend will get hurt, she seems to have really fallen for him.
My question is, what should we say to our friend before she gets in over her head? And does anyone else think that this man is acting inappropiratly?
First things first- this man's behavior is completely inappropriately. Because he is the owner of the cafe, he is supposed to maintain a code of ethics, and flirting with his employees while he is married is way out of line. It doesnt matter that his marriage sucks... what he is doing is wrong. I feel really sorry for your friend because eiher way, she IS going to end up hurt. He wont leave his wife for her, and eventually he will have o end it with her because of the whole ethics code violation situation. You should try telling your friend that no matter how much she cares for this guy, she needs to end her "relationship" wih him before she gets in too deep. Because if she gets involved with him and then the shit (pardon my french) hits the fan, he is going to take her down with him. Warn her about how wrong this guys actions are and tell her of the consequences... and if all else fails show her the movie Fatal Attraction. :D ok so the last part was a joke, i was just trying to lighten the mood. let me know how this turns out and if you need anything else

aarrrgg!! okay i kno this is wrong but it makes me sooo mad! okay so i am an only shild and everyone thinks that yea i am spoild but im not! my parents work soo hard to make shua im not spoild that i barley get anything! i mean they give me the basics you knoe clothes shelter and food. well i always have to save up my own money for anything that i want. like last summer i wanted a trampoline so i worked really hard and i save up money and bought my trampoline. well my best friend saw that i got one so she asked her parents to get her one and they did! well yea i was disappointed cuz i worked really hard and she just had to ask for it. this went on when i saved up for my cell phone and this really cute sweat shirt and with designer bags and everything!! aarrgg!!! why is everyone soo spoild! idk i prolly sound like a brat but i feel like im being cheated! and she always get the sam exact thing as me the very next week!

ok to understand my question here is what happened before...Sorry it is long!!!
my friend kristina is dating this guy named richard. Well they dated for about 1 year before breaking up because he is constantly a jerk to her. He was possesive and always jealous. When she would talk to her friends while talking to him he would flip out and he would flip out if she talked to other guys. Well, many times before she wanted to break up with him but he would always say he loved her so much and that he would change but he never did. Even her parents hated himZ Well, right before school started he wanted to get back together with her. (**Me and Kristina talked every day**)She wasnt sure if she should because of how he used to treat her. I kept telling her not to because she would only get hurt again. Well, she is dating him now and she totally changed. SHe never talks to me or her best friend Kayliee anymore. We both said that if she keeps this up that when she needs we might not be there anymore. What can I do to make her see what is going on and that he is a jerk without hurting her feelings or anything.

In the movie, the guy's fiance Judith is making him not hang out with his friends. So his friends try to show him what Judith is doing. They make a chart, labeled "Fun Meter". One bar show "Fun Before Judith", which is very high. And the other bar shows "Fun With Judith" which is very low, practically not there at all.
You could try this and show her that she is in fact not spending as much time with you as she did before she got back together with this guy. Show her that he is keeping her from her friends. Just saying "Kristina, he's a jerk" is not gonna work. You have to SHOW her. If you have to tie her to a chair and give her examples, so be it. Tell her how many times she has ditched you and the other friend in the past week or something. Be like "Friday, you turned us down for the movies, Saturday, you didnt want to go to the mall with us, Sunday, blah blah blah blah blah and all that jazz. You get my drift.. or at least you should by now lol.

If she is a true friend, then you should have no problem talking to her honestly, and her not getting mad or anything. Just tell her that you dont appreciate being associated with the things she does, and tell her that because of this, you really dont want to be friends with her anymore. Who knows, she might even realize that she doesnt want to do the things she is doing.. you could make her see that she wants to change. But if she wants to blow up or get mad at you because youre so honest, then you really dont need to be friends with her anyways.
