I have an extra curricualr activity. There's this guy there. His name is Gabriel. He's not the hottest guy in the world, but I think he's totally nice. We have a lot in common. We see eachother once a week, and talk on AIM. We're in different grades. He's in 8th, I'm in 7th. We don't go to the same school, and won't be able to see eachother over the summer. I really care about him, but he doesn't know. My friends think he's ugly, and that even if he is nice, he's not worth it because he's ugly. I don't care about looks so much. I'm really shy too...

Tell him you like him. You guys can hang out in the summer, talk on the phone, or over AOL. Tell your friends to not bad mouth about him because you really like him. Even if he is ugly but you still like him, then so what. You can't help who you like and you're not suppose to!

Hey ya'll. Thanks for looking at my question.
I like this guy, Danny. Well, I don't really like him, but you know that crazy feeling that you get when you sort of like someone yet you sort of don't? (Confusing I know..)
Well I'm 17 and anyways, I kind of have the hotts for him and we talk alot on the AIM. I've know him for all my life, and we've just sort of gotten attracted to each other.
I think I could like him more than just attraction and fooling around.
The bad part about it is he lives in another state, and he's my best friend's brother. But I go out there frequently.
But I have no idea how to present the idea of liking each other to him. He is nineteen and of course its not that bad, I'll be of age soon.
I'm really bad with words and want to ask him if he feels anything for me and would like to have a relationship with me. In a nut shell. I don't want to freak him out, or make him think that I just sit around thinking about him all day.

Hey you can tell him on the computer. Or you can have your best friend tell him. Or, you can just casually ask him who he likes. Then tell him that you like him. Sorry, that's the best advice I can give! Good luck!

There's one girl at my school, who I really did like. We were always best friends, but then in the middle of the year, she liked me too. But when I started to talk to her about this situation, she always ignored me. Than I found out that she got a boyfriend. I'm okay with it, since I always try to support her, but she always kind of puts it in my face like, trying to make me feel bad. I'm really uncomfortable when I see them together. But it makes me feel better because the guy she's with is like, my best friend. I don't know if she did this on purpose, making my best friend her boyfriend. What do you think I should do? I think you should talk to her about it and ask what happened to her liking you. It sounds like she is trying to get you jealous. Some girls are like that. Tell her that you don't like how she rubs it in your face that she has a boyfriend and whatnot. Just talk to her. Good luck!

okay, on thursday...we walked by this guy and i said "wow, hes hot" and he looked over, but it was like a slow turn not like he heard or anything. but then he smiled at me when he saw me...
Friday- he saw me playing cards w/ my friends. and walked over and asked me if he could play. I think he said 1 secntence to the other girls. And he would stare at me and act emmbarrassed when we BS-ed him (we were playing BS) and talked only to me...
Anyway, my other friends like him and so do i. And it bugs me when my friends like the same guy

Yes I think he likes you since he focused all his attention on you, rather than on your friends. Just tell them that you really like him and it bugs you that your friends like him too. Just remember, he likes you not them so don't worry about them liking him!

So my boyfriend and I started officially "going out" on wednesday. Whereas before we were just dating and such. We were never really talked on the phone before other than for him to call and make plans and to tell me he was coming to get me. So anyways I would really like to talk to him, I texted him yesterday but he hasnt called me yet. Hey i my girlfriend broke up with me becasue i have something like bio polar anger problems and we got in a fight and i fought back 4 once and she dumped me me and my friend thought she kinda liked me a little but i just found out she doesnt me but i really really still love her and i didnt mean to scream and theres no hope to get her back but i love her still and cant get her out of my mind

so i'm selectively mute and i'm trying to be more outgoing i guess. i feel like i'm annoying my boyfriend..like i'm not a really good girlfriend or anything. i call him every other day and talk to him but not so much like everyone else. We talk on AIM and stuff but i don't know what to talk to him about. We have similar interests and stuff but it seems like i can't keep up with conversation. You guys can talk about your families, foods you like, if he likes sports, tv shows, ex girlfriends, school, what he likes in a girl, what he likes to do on the weekends... Just answer them like you would answer them on a sheet of paper. I know that sounds weird but you will be more honest and outgoing with your responses if you pretend that you are just writing down your replies. GOod luck!

this girl just turned 16.. her name is Olivia.. we met b/c she goes to my school and we've been good friends and we made each other laugh and had a pretty fun and good relationship but then she broke up w/ her freshman b/f.. and we started talking.. and we had late conversations on the phone and talked on AIM alot. The problem is.. i can't say I'm in love w/ her truly if she doesn't talk to me in person.. she treats me like ne other friend when I'm around her but on the phone.. we're good.. and i asked her about it and she told me we just need to get to know each other better. Her best friend is giving me feed back on how she likes to flirt... and she went on a one on one "go out"... it wasn't supposedly a "date".. should i give this girl a try or just stop it?

Give her some time to know you. If you really like her that much, then yeah go for her. If she keeps giving you the excuse 'I need to get to know you better', then chances are you should just stop. Good luck!

Okay I don't think there should be such things as time-outs in relationships. That is pretty weird that he doesn't want to kiss you at school. Maybe he has another girl on the side. If I were you, I would act the same around him. Or, dump him.

ok i think im kind of bi but im not really sure and to afraid to say anything to anyone, my boyfriend of 2 years told me that gay people are gross and if i was ever gay that he wouldnt like it because he wouldnt want me to leave him for a girl but i told him i wouldnt if i was gay but he said it would still be gross....and on top of that almost all people i hang around with are gay,but i cant even tell them or anything because they consider me there "straight" friend...and they would all think its probably weird also if i said anything...what should i do??? ok. so i go to lake bluff central school and i really like this boy. he knows from AIM but i can't seem to find out if he likes me or not. i mean in gym he always looks at me but when i turn he always looks away. we talk a lot on AIM about a ton of stuff like school, sports...ect. I just can't seem to talk to him on a regular basis. I mean the only thing i can say to him when he's around his friends is hi. the other day on a school trip my best friend and i had to sit with him because there were no more seeats on the bus. My bf made me sit next to him. we talked a lot on the bus ride home and that was really the first time i had ever really talked to him. Now i always say hi to him. but i still can't find out who he likes. i mean everyone asks him but he never tells. I guess my question is how can i start talking to him more when he's around his friends and do you have any idea how to find out who he likes without torturing him?

Hey, you can always tell him that you like him. Maybe he is just one of those guys that are afraid of being rejected so won't tell a girl he likes her until she tells him first. Just talk to him like his friends aren't there. Now, for flirting with him without talking - make eye contact with him. Smile alot. Twirl your hair. That's all I can think of. okay well there is this guy that has liked me all year long and he tells me all the time that he always thinks about me and he dreams about me and it really didnt bug me because i just ignored him when he told me stuff like that. But then all of the sudden he put something in his xanga that scared me and has haunted me ever since. It said that he would take a bullet for me thats how bad he wants me. And i have been scared that he will do anything just to get me. I dont know if i should talk to the police or a counselor but if someone could please help. He stalks me all the time and he knows everything about me like where i live, what my mom's car looks like and the sticker on the back of the car. To me that is very scary. If someone could please help i am afraid for my life here... i feel like one day he will bring a gun to school and shoot me thats how bad he really wants me and if i say no to him then that makes him really mad. Please help ASAP! ITS URGENT!

Wow! If it scares you that much, tell your mom. Maybe you can get a restraint order. That is harassment. He could just be like in love with you, but that can get out of hand and he could get possessive. Just give it some time, and if he gets worse (like acting more creepy) deff. tell your mom or someone! Good luck and stay safe!

Okay, you are in a sticky situation. You like two guys, and you like the guy that your best friend likes. Go for who you like more. YOu will just have to explain to your friend that you can't help who you like and you aren't suppose to. I am sure she will get over the fact that you like the other guy.

okay so i am 14/f and i have never had a boyfriend before. Many times i have come close like this year but then something always gets in the way and ruins it.
