"Do not pity the dead, Harry. Pity the living, and, above all those who live without love" - Albus Dumbledore

Hi, I'm Laura. I'm a senior in college & I'm slowly deciding what I want to do with my life. I love Harry Potter, coffee, writing, and sleeping (amongst other things). I'll never claim to know everything, but I'm confident in my ability to help people with their problems. Feel free to send me an inbox question; I'll get back to you!

A few thoughts I've gathered from my teenage years (and being on this site for most of them!):
1. If you Google song lyrics, the song will come up 99% of the time.
2. Dress to fit your body type, and buy the size that fits. If you're a size 6, squeezing into a 4 won't make you look skinnier. It makes you look fat when you aren't.
3. You will never regret waiting to lose your virginity.
4. There is such a thing as a stupid question, but we're all allowed to ask them.

BU 2014 :)

advice

Ok so between my eyebrows I have 2 small scars because of 2 pimples i had gotten a month ago. when they first came i was stupid enough to pop them, leaving the small scars. my friends say its not noticeable unless someone's like IN my face or something haha. but, i hate that it's there. i feel like you can see them. its annoying. so ive been using this stuff from clean n' clear. its supposed to diminish acne scars. ive been using it for a week so i know i cant expect miracles yet. i also use a face wash from clean n' clear, for a week too. i just hope they both work. my questions are:

Do these pimple scars last forever?

Will guys care if I have them in between my eyebrows? (i know..its stupid to ask that)

and

do you know of anything else thats cheap that can help just incase the stuff im using now doesn't work? maybe home remedies, if there are any?

thanks in advance :)

Guys won't care. If there's a guy close enought o your face to actually notice them, I can pretty much guarantee that looking for acne scars isn't on his agenda ;]

Plus, us girls have this magical stuff called concealer at our disposal. As long as it doesn't look fake, I've found that it really helps cover acne acars, especially when set with powder.

Someone told me ages ago that salicylic acid helps prevent and reduce scarring. So I've used a spot treatment with that ingredient ever since, and my skin seems to have really improved over time. (New acne happens less often, scars seem to fade faster)

You can buy spot treatments for less than $10, even $5, at WalMart or Target.
