Hey Everyone :) I'm Kate and a level 2 mod on here. I've had this account since July 2004, so I've been on here since I was 13! Wow ... crazy for me to think how long ago that was. I will admit I don't check in as often as I once did, but being away at college, being in a sorority, and having a job when I'm not at school is very time consuming. What is Madonna's real, full name?

I figure she wasn't born as "Madonna" and ended up changing it to that because it's catchy or something. So, what is Madonna's birth name and current name anyway?

I know she has an album that is entitled "Madonna" so I'm curious if she had her middle and last name dropped officially and is seriously just named Madonna. Do you know? If not, what do you think?

She's a very distant cousin of mine. It's a long but cool story. She's like my... 6th cousin or something.

Her birth name is Madonna Louise Ciccone. When she was married, she added Ritchie to the end.
People have just always called her Madonna and they rarely know her last name.

Her last name is pronounced "sick oh knee".
