Alot of people's columns look different and at the bottom it says Layout By Dustin..how do you get it like that? Thanks

You can select different column styles there, and change the colors around. The ones that say "layout by Dustin" are using the theme called "Your Space."
There are three others you can try out, if you want to change your column more you need to purchase a paid account (http://advicenators.com/paidaccounts.php) which are $10/year.
