About MaxwellsSilverHammer

I am a 20 year urban planning student from New York. I go to school, and work, way too much.
I'm a level II mod on this site, so if you have questions regarding the site I could be of good help.
As for my crappy advice: it is crappy. If you listen to anything I suggest you will most probably find yourself running through town naked, or something equally hilarious, because I am a sadist.
And of course, I will hit you with my guitar, and then steal all of your intelligence for my own personal stash.
(My avatar, that is just above, was made by Draak, it is Thor's Hammer, or Mjolner.)
P.S.: Storageanddisposal is actually 12, and Fern sucks.

I wake up every morning at least two hours earlier than my first class. I get up, take my dog for a walk, take a shower and get ready. You would think that all of that would wake me up enough to stay awake during my classes wouldn't you?
No luck for me. My hardest class is at 9 mondays and 9:30 wednesdays - Mammalian Anatomy and Physiology- and I am constantly falling asleep durring it. I try to take notes and sit next to the open windows, but it doesn't work. Coffee never seems to help me stay awake, and it gives me an upset stomach even if it did. Does anyone know of anything else that I could do to get myself awake and alert during this class? I don't want to just get a good grade, I actually want to learn everything and remember it all for my job in the future And this means actually paying attention in class.
How much sleep are you getting? If you're not getting enough, then a two-hour morning routine is too long, get the extra sleep and cut it down by 45 minutes or an hour if you can; or try other methods to get to sleep earlier.
If you're getting the recommended amount for someone your age, then you want to take the Mountain Dew path as MFS suggested, BUT Jones Soda (http://www.jonessoda.com/files/locator.html) is actually better for it, more caffeine, and it doesn't taste bad, as Mt. Dew does; and comes in many different flavors. That link is to a store locator, because not everyone sells them.

(Rating: 5)I can't wake up later, I have things to do. Jones is quite nasty, and no luck on stores around my home. but thanks anyway.
