To be emancipated, you have to be of a particular age. But I would like to tell you something though, that your parents may not exactly be the best -- but they are your parents. They brought you into the world, and I'm sure they love you.
My father died about three years ago, and I can't tell you how much I miss him. You never really understand how much you care/love someone, until they're gone. Of course, I didn't have the same problem you're having with my dad, but I'm sure you get my point.
I suggest talking to them about how you're feeling, and listen to what they have to say. You may be suprised! Good luck! :)

I have the sbc yahoo browser and no matter what I do, I can't figure out how to clear my history. I've gone through the whole control panel, internet options, clear history deal and it doesn't work. Is there some special way to do it with this type of browser? (link)

I agree with the person below, you'll need to clear your history on your Internet Explorer, for your search history to go away on SBC Yahoo! Browser. You can do this by going to, "Tools," selecting "Internet Options" and clicking on "Delete Browsing History."

Ok, so my friend dyed her hair red and someone told me that a couple of her other 'friends' were making fun of her. I'm really mad and I want to say something to her about it, but I don't want her getting mad at me so she thinks I'm rubbing it in her face and I don't want to make her upset because sometimes things like that are better left unsaid. But I don't want her getting mad at me if she finds out that I knew about it the whole time.
Also one of her other friend said some pretty mean things about her behind her back to me because she was mad at her. I'm really jealous of this one friend because I think that she favors her. I really want to tell her so they can get mad, but thats not the right thing to do. What should I do? Thanks! (link)

Some things are to leave well enough alone, however, this is something you may want to tell your friend about. So you can warn her about her so-called friends, that are talking about her behind her back. Just don't do this out of spite, because she seems to "favor" another person over you, because no, that wouldn't be the right thing to do.
Think about this -- would she tell you if you were in the same situation? If the answer is yes, definitely tell her. However, I cannot lie, you do risk her being mad at you. But if you feel it's better to tell her, and know that you didn't keep anything from her -- the best thing to do is tell her about it.

is blowdrying your hair better or worse than straightning it? i take showers every other day and i blowdry it, so it keeps it nice and straight which works. i don't know if i'm damaging my hair though. am i? is blowdrying your hair bad for it? thankss.! (link)

Honestly, they are both bad and cause damage to your hair. However, heat damage can be prevented by using heat protectant spray, while blowdrying your hair. I recommend blowdrying over hair straightening. You can get quite a bit more damage from straightening your hair.

i wear slip on shoes, and theyr low in the front, so if i wear socks, you can see them. but i have stinky feet, so my shoes smell when i dont wear socks. what can i do to stop this? (link)

I recommend putting baby powder on your feet, putting on ankle socks and then, spray with febreeze. This should work very well!

will swimming with new peirced ears (like within 5 days of piercing) cause an infection?

This shouldn't cause an infection, but it is possible to get one. More than likely, it will be more of an irriation, which can lead to an infection. It's not something I recommend, if your ears start to sting or itch, I would get out of the water, at that time.

thers a kid who sits next to me in Precal class named brett. and I have a dance coming up where an upperclassmen girl choose one girl from every grade, and the girl has to bring a date. its formal.
anyways ,i kinda like brett in a way..
well like 3 weeks ago, he asked me

Me: "yea"

Brett:"oh i used to be friends with her. how do u know her"

He definitely sounds interested in you, however, he may just be friendly and interested. Rather than I like her as more than a friend, and I'm interested. It's hard to tell with a short amount of information, but I say go for it and ask him to the dance! :)

I have to tell you something that's really important to know and learn -- If you don't love yourself, then no one else will.
It has to start on the inside, and you need to build your confidence. Everyone is beautiful, in their own special way. That's what's so great about being different from someone else, not only do you have your own personal qualities, but so do they. So you have to find what makes you special, and find that place where you feel confident and love yourself for who you are.
About the boy, you never know, he just might like you! And trust me, even if he doesn't -- there is absolutely nothing wrong with you and you aren't an ugly person! I will tell you that I have met some of the most physically beautiful girls and young women, and they are ugly girls. Because of their personalities and their actions. Just because someone is very beautiful physically, does not mean they are a beautiful person.

Or you can get this done at Victoria's Secret, for free! Yes, they will do this for you, for free. That's your best bet in my opinion, you will know exactly what size you are, that way. You could easily make a mistake, by doing this yourself.

I kinda like my best firend. He is seriously the most amazing guy I;ve ever met. And he's kind of confused lately. He has a girlfriend but he doesn't know if he wants to stay with her or go out with me. And I feel really bad cuz he told his girlfriend this and she is obviously mad. But he still doesn't know. And I don't want to get my hopes up. How do I do that? (link)

As you said, obviously, his girlfriend is mad about him liking you. That couldn't be with held in any relationship, that's a normal reaction. If that's bothering you, I suggest talking to her about it. However, as I'm sure you wouldn't -- you cannot blame her for being angry.
It's funny, because I'm practically or I was in the same situation as you are. Only difference, my best friend broke up with his girlfriend, and I'm still not sure if he really likes me more than a friend. But anyway, I would talk to him again and let him know how you feel. I'm sure you have already done that, so you can skip that part. And tell him he has to make a decision, because he's left you hanging on a string for him. It isn't fair of him to do that, whether he realizes it or not.

The only thing I'm aware of is the program, "Paint." Which is most generally installed on all computers, with Windows XP. You can find this program located in "Accessories," from your start menu.
Upload your picture on your computer, and send it to the program "Paint" for editing. There you will be able to do whatever you'd like, with that particular photo.

So.. i took about 6 or 7 asprin..that were 500mg each. Is that bad? Could that hurt me? And ever since then, my stomach has been hurting pretty bad every time i eat something..or even when i don't. This is very bad for your health, and can/will cause your stomach problems and possibly other problems. This is not recommended whatsoever, please do not do this again for your health. Luckily, this isn't enough to kill you, however, it's extremely bad and dangerous for your health.
Asprin is not bad for people, it's the amount of it (such as the amount you've taken) that's bad for you. Because it can and will cause health problems.

Ok is it really nessesary to use facials, clensers, pore strips, etc for your face?
I'm just thinking about the ancient times back then when those things weren't even invented yet everyone had great skin and I think, "Hey if they just washed their face with water instead of wasting money on products and get great skin, maybe me too!"
All those facial stuff, doesn't work for my skin. It makes my skin dry and it might stop my oily skin for a minute but when I go outside it's even oiler!
So will it be okay to just wash your face like the days when you were little and didn't need all those stuff, no dermintoligist, and still get great skin?
Or does those stuff just don't work for me because I'm 13 and that's a little too young to use those products?
I'm trying so hard to save my money from those but you'll never know what works and what's a scam.
Like those pore strips thingies: I know they rip out the dirt and stuff but doesn't that mean it wrecks your skin too or stretches it? (link)

Well, this really depends on what your skin type is. If you're one of very lucky ones who never get a breakout, then I would tell you it isn't neccessary. However, if you're like me and many other girls -- you are prone to at least some acne, and oily skin, etc.
So it's not always effortless, as we all wish it was. Just washing your face with soap and water, will not stop or prevent your breakouts. I've been through the same thing you're going through, as far as trying so many products. You just have to fine the one that's right for your skin type, and that's a difficult thing to do.
I myself, do not call the ones that do not work for me "scams." This is because some products work for some people, and others they do not. It's all about what's right for your skin type, and many things come into factor. So the products you're trying, just aren't right for your skin type.
About the pore strips, no, they do not stretch or wreck your skin. Because they work deep down in your pores, cleanse them and remove bacterica and oil.

I'm afraid it does damage your hair, no matter how many vitamins they include. It doesn't prevent or stop the damage done, while or after straightening your hair. This is not something I recommend, I suggest straightening your hair on your own with heat protectant spray (this will help keep your hair safe, from heat damage). However, you are prone to damage in that manor as well. Just not as much, as a permanent straightening.

my ex boyfriend adn i were really close. i lived with him wehn i got kicked out adn everything. it was great. we had fights but we got over them. now theres a restraining order and its all screwed up. he would go to jail if he was caught talking to me. and he does if i call him. but he complains the whole time. we argue but talk. i dont know. its hard to explain. i love him adn he says he loves me, but in the past he has hurt me very badly. i want to get over him. he has a new gf adn im trying to find someone. but they dont seem to compare to him. i miss him. he told me on the phone tonight that i need to prove he won't get into trouble, how do i do that. adn how will he know. then in 3 or 4 months we can see where it goes. what the hell. should i try to be with him or not

I'm going to be honest with you -- this guy doesn't deserve you! If there is a restraining order against him, and he has hurt you in the past as well, what makes him such a great guy (even as a friend)?
As a boyfriend, he shouldn't have hurt you. Of course, we all have our little arguments every now and then, but this is different. Especially, with a restraining order. You deserve to be with a guy who will treat you with respect, not hurt you physically (I'm assuming this is what happened), and treat you as you truly deserve.
I urge you to stop talking to him, and if you can't move on to another guy right now, that's okay. And completely understandable, it's true what they say -- you can't get over one guy by going after another. The thing you have to do is get away from this guy, stay with people who really love you and are a good support system. If you find a good guy along the way (I'm sure you will!), then that's great and go with that. Just be sure that the guy is treating you as you deserve, not like this guy who has a restraining order against him. He's not worth your time, please move on and get away from this guy -- for your emotional, mental and physical being.
You wanted my advice, and this is the absolute best I can give you. I hope you take this advice, even though it may have not been what you wanted to hear. I wish you the best of luck! :)
