My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

can someone tell me things that people do if they DONT go to college?? im just wondering, im debating weather to go to college or not, but i have no clue what id do if i didnt go?

My parents didn't go to collage but they are lucky they have good jobs. If you want to work at McDonals, Burger King, QT, Wal Mart, then don't go to collage. I think you really should. If not you will probablly regret it for the rest of your life. You can get a good education, great job and be successful.

Your weight is perfect so don't try to loose anymore. You can change your diet. Eat healthier and drink water instead of soda.

I don't have dial up so it works really fast for me. I never had problems with it and I never had viruses or anything. It's really good and you can change the colors of it and everything. If you don't like Limewire, Ares is a really good one too.

Beauty sleep is just like normal sleep but you have to be well rested. 8-10 hours is the right amount of time to teenagers.

So i'm a 14/f and (i live in a very weathy area,but am not rich)i have a disability called Cerebral Plasy, it effects the way i walk and is VERY noticeable.At school i am not popular ( not that that is very important) and people look down on me because of my disability. What they dont understand is that i am just like them: i am a girl who can talk and be fun and loves music and shopping and girly(ish)thing> what they dont understand is that i am just LIKE THEM. I am not saying i want to be a clone of them or anything, i just wish that they wouldnt judge me for my disability instead of getting to know me because i am JUST LIKE THEM (but not a judgeing bi***).
It is the same way with boys too. The problem is i was trained to be shy because i know they judge me, but i am not shy with friends of family.
What can i do to show them that i am not just some freak.

People in middle school and high school are like that. Most of them don't care about other people's feelings and they just want to fit in and be "popluar" .. it's pretty lame. They also won't talk to people outside of their little groups. I know that you are just like everyone else. Everyone is different in their own way and people need to learn how to accept that. You are a person and you deserve respect, but you can't do much to change those people's mind. Be who you are. Keep doing whatever you're doing. Talk to more people and just let your personality brighten up and let them get to know you. Talk to more people and they will see what kind of person you are and it will change their views on you.

Why do some people feel the need to stereotype? I find it very small minded, especially when people say:

*"emos" are suicidal
*"preps" are mean
*guys are horndogs
*girls are bitches when they get their periods
*teenagers are full of raging hormones and go through tons of mood swings
etc.

So why do some stereotype like that?

I don't think that anyone knows the correct answer to this question because everyone has their reasons for sterotyping. They think that people who dress a certain way have to act that way. I get sterotyped all the time. Just today a girl said to me, "Teza wouldn't do drugs or drink because she is a prep." I got offended not because of the drug and drinking part, but because the last thing. Just because I dress a certain way does not mean I am stuck up or bitchy because I can be but that's not how I am. People come to conclusions before they even know anything. It gets really annoying and sometimes the sterotypes can be true, but then I wouldn't call them sterotypes. I personally hate labels, but then again people will never stop doing it. Not all "emo" people are sad, depressed or whatever .. but it's just a style. Preps can be mean. I hate those types of girls because they think that they are the best and that they can't be freinds with anyone out of their group.. they aren't mean because they are preps, but they're mean because they're stupid and selfish. Not all guys are horn dogs, but some guys defenetlly are. Girls are not bitches when they are on their period, they just choose to be that way. Teenagers are full of ragins hormoneys and go through tons of mood swings.. that's defenetlly true. It's just how some people are. I wish there weren't any sterotypes or labels but I guess it will never be that way.

Well ive had a crush on this real nice guy ad we talk alot and he told me about his ex who broke up with him twice in 2 weeks. I told her that I liked him cause she was going out with someone and she told me she was over the guy i liked and that we should go out...she gave me soo much hope. Then the nxt day she comes in and tells me that shes breaking up with her b/f and that she thinks the guy I like (her ex) thinks that she likes him again because she kept asking him who he liked. I was mad cause i trusted her but thats not it. The guy I like told me that she was telling people that she liked him again....Rite after I told herow i felt! It was certanly not a coinsidence (sp). No one can change their feelings 100% in a day. She defenetly got jelous of you and she wanted to win him over. I think that was the rudest thing anyone could do. Don't belive that she is a slut because that's just people talking and you don't know that for sure. Right now, stay out of it. Still talk to him and everything, but don't trust her. Pretend that you don't care and that you don't like him anymore and then see what happens. She will probablly break up with him again. How do I get MySpace off of private? It's doing it because it thinks I'm underage. I accidentally let someone mess with it and they changed my age. When I changed it back, it was still private and wouldn't let me change it.

If you have your age 14 or under it's private, so change it back to 16 or older and it will be publilc. It might take a while to change back, but eventually it will.

im 15/f. i was wondering how you can get birthcontrol privately? my and my boyfriend started having sex and i really dont want to get pregnant. i decided to tell my mom and she got really mad at me and said she would let me have it. i want to be responsible and use both birth control and a condom to make sure nothing happens but she wont let me. its really frustrating. please help.

You have to go to the doctor with an adult to get the birthcontrol pills. Now, find someone to take you and make sure they are an adult. There really is no other way to get it privately but some stores have them. When you go to the store, then you might be able to get them there.

im new to tampons. (i just wore my first one today.) what do girls do at night? because cant you only wear it for a certain amount of hours or something? thank you.

You should change your tampon every 3-4 hours. Same goes for pads. If you keep it in for longer, it might start to smell. You can sleep in eather a tampon or a pad. If you are really heavy, I suggest a tampon. If not, wear a pad. You won't leak but which ever one you feel comftrable in, wear it.

Edit- When you are laying down, you don't bleed as much.

ok so sorry this is sorta long. well i came downstairs today and my mom is sitting at the computer looking at flights and she goes, "ok so there is this mothers weekend thing at ur sisters college, but its the weekend of your birthday." (she was asking me what i thought, but ovbiously she was already looking at flights so she wanted to go there.) so i told her it was fine whatever, to go. then i just walked away. then i hear her quickly call my sister and say, "shes fine, im coming." i am so mad. not only is it my bday its my sweet 16. its like she likes my sister better and cares nothing about my birthday. would anyone else be offended/upset if this happened? i just dont know what to do. i feel like crap.

You shouldn't of lied to your mom. You should of told her the truth even though she really wanted to go. It's not like she is going to forget about your birthday, it's just one day and she probablly doesn't see your sister as much. I'm not sure, but I understand why you're hurt. It's not that she loves your sister more, I'm sure she loves you both very much. You're still going to get your presents and stuff and spend time with her. But, you never know.. she might actually be throwing you a surprise party?? You never know. Just be happy and it's just a one day thing. You will still celebrate your birthday. Don't be scared. It's really no biggy & it does not hurt. Well it might but that's if you put it in wrong. Nothing bad is going to happen and you can't even feel it. i am really concerned about my friend and i think she is cutting, what are some signs of someone who is cutting?

I don't know why people thing that putting ugly scars on themselves is the way to make them forget about their problems. It just bothers the heck out of me. Anyways, some signs are that she probablly will have scars and fresh cuts most of the time. She will probablly wear long sleeved shirts to cover it up, but people don't always cut on their arms. It goes beyond. Another sign is that she doesn't seem happy. Give it a couple of days and see what's up. If you are really concered then talk to her soon because it's really dangerous.

alright, so heres the thing. i was dating a guy (we'll call him K) & i fell for his friend (he's referred to as him). me & him are/were basically best friends because even when K & i went out, we talked a lot online & on the phone.. and we could talk to each other about anything.. we had a close connection. but i never realized that i actually liked him more than a friend until i seen him that weekend he spent the night at K's house on his birthday when i was there.. because there was just something about him when i seen him.. and when i was around him.. i just wanted to like hug him and get really close to him.. and i kept finding myself staring at him.. or trying to touch his hand. why is that? lol is it like that ive liked him all along and i didnt realize it until then? or like we are meant to be together? and like after that weekend, i came home & all i could think about was him.. there was like a connection..

I don't really know what your question is and I don't know if you and K are still together, but you really do seem to have a thing for him. You probablly didn't know you had a thing for him because you were still with K and you didn't want things to get in between. It happend to me, but when I finally realized I liked that other guy, I was really shocked. You were staring at him and trying to touch his hand because you like him. You are attracted to him and his personality and that's fine. The only bad thing is that he is K's best friend and that might cause conflict. Just keep flirting with the guy and see if those feelings are still there or if they were just a one time thing. If the feelings are still there, talk to him more. Get to know him and you never know what might happen later on.

okay so i can never tell anyone this because my friends wouldnt agree to it. ii went out with a boy for uh about a week and i can swear it was love at first site. the first night we started talking i just found out he was amazing and was everything i hoped for in a guy. well when he broke up with me a week later - i continued to like him because hes so amaxing and you cant get over a boy just like that. well we kept hooking up and everytime hed be like yeah im asking her out but he never did. one day when we were going to hook up he said he was affraid of a comitment.i was really sad and stuff and i finally managed to have my heart healed. weLL he turned into a huge ass hole and started being horribly mean to me. i couldnt stand him well one night we were on aim and he told me the only reason he was mean to me was because hes trying to get over me. and when i get mad at him he gets mad at me for getting mad at him which helps him get over me. i got really confused not knowing if to believe iit or not. th en i started talking to his best friend. well one of them and me and his friend are supposed to hOOK up in acouple days but would that be like mean? would he hate me? what should i do? do i still like him? gosh im so confused. : ) please help!

If you are trying to get over that guy, then it wouldn't be mean to hook up with someone else. I mean you guys aren't together and you can do anything you want. It's your choice and he souldn't hate you for it and if he does, he is just jelous. You might even like his friend and that might turn out to be something good. You can't find out until you do it. Just go for it and see what happens. Make sure you still know your limits and do something that you will not regret because it will be too late. Maybe he was being mean because he was trying to get over you, but that doesn't make sense. I think he still knew that you liked him so why would he do that? You guys are now over, and you can hook up with anyone you want.
