Depends on the std, and depends on the test. certain ones you have to wait up to a month.

Okay, I have the Samsung Exclaim. My cell phone plan is for Sprint. I've liked my phone, I had it maybe a year and a half but I am the type of person who gets used to something, then after it isn't new to me, I hate it. I need change. So, I just passed my Sweet Sixteen a week ago and I got a lot of money from it and I want to Rumor Touch. (If you have this phone, tell me what you think of it, I heard it's AMAZING! and I have a deal that I can get it in only 50 dollars.) Now, my contract for my Samsung Exclaim is over in November, about two months. I feel like I can't wait that long but I know that maybe by November, when my contract is over and I can get a new phone, maybe a newer, cooler than the Rumor Touch will be out. Also, if I get the Rumor Touch, I would pay for it. If I want until November, my parents would pay for it.
What do you think I should do?
Should I wait?

I don't know about Sprint, but ATT offers the upgrade a couple months before the contract is actually up. Sprint probably does as well.

i purchased a new comuter 6/10. 3 weeks after the purchase the comuputer showed signs of issues. i contact customer support tech and they tried to help, then they transf me to a case manager. the case manager reviewed the issues and decided it was the hard drive, that was based on the tech support dempartment. no one at this time had physically came out and viewed the computer. HP placed on line a bid ( which I did not know that is what they were doing at the time) for a bid to come out and install a hard drive. they received the low bid and req the tech to come out to my home and install a hard drive. the hard drive was shipped o/n to my house. the tech came out and installed the hard drive and that was all, he stated he bid on just installing the hard drive and nothing else. so he left. HP also delivered the the recovery disc for the computer that would need to be installed after the hard drive was installed. HP stated I had to install the recovery disc. In an effort of over 8 hours of trying to install the hard drive (they stated normal time for install is 4 hrs) i could not get the installation disc to download. I called HP back and they put out a bid again for a tech to come out to install the recovery disc. Keep in mind no tech has physically looked at the computer to see what it really needed. In my research I discovered the people they send out to the house are just subcontractors that bid on a job. HP does not know anything about their skills or who they are, they do not have to be qualified to bid on a job. I did not know who or what type of person was being sent out to the house or their qualifications, or if they were just out of prison or what.
After this person installed the recovery disc, he also left stating that his bid was only to install the recovery disc. the computer is still not working and i am having issue and it has not been fixed. there is really no way that is can be diagonised until someone physically comes out to look at it. the Warranty states, that if there is any issues, that within 24 hours a new computer will be delivered at the door stip and then the old would be shipped back. I have the in home warranty with full replacement. In order to get the hard drive, when it was first replaced, HP stated it has to come from China and it would take about 2 weeks to get it built. I asked if that was the case, then why would they state in the warranty what they do. They did not have an answer for that. Now they are telling me that they do not have a qualified Tech in Oklahoma to service the comuter and that I need to send it in for repair and it will take about 3 weeks to have it repaired.
The warranty indicated I would have in home repair or next day replacement and that is what I expect. I cannot help it if they do not have a tech in Oklahoma qualified to work on this type of computer. I suggested what they need to do is to build me a new computer, send it to me and then I will send in my computer to them. I have the same type of warranty on my printer and all I had to do was to call HP, then sent out the next day a new printer along with a return label and I then returned my broke printer to them. And then one they sent me broke about 2 weeks later and they did the same thing again. Now they want me to prepay for a new computer, for them to send me a new computer and then when I return mine, they will refund me my 3,500 again. I do not have that kind of money to do that. After all the computer started having issue about 3 weeks into receiving the new one. I have documented trouble ever since that date. Now the Case manager is no longer returning my phone calls. What can be done and what is my responsibility. I cannot get a return phone call from anyone at Case management.

I have also dealt with HP on multiple occasions, both with my computer, and with fixing computers for others, and my experiences have been nothing but positive, well as positive as talking to tech support can be. I only had to get a replacement once, and aside from having to drive back to my clients house to give HP the exact measurements, it wasn't an issue. Basically, call in and start a new case, only give your case number if they ask for it. Be firm, asking for the replacement saying that they have tried to fix it multiple times and failed. If they ask for the money again, say you are willing to send your computer firsts (a decent compromise).
If you post what problems you are having, people might be able to help, though with these multiple replacements and the recovery probably not.
What did you get for 3,500? I tried customizing the best possible laptop from them, and still didn't quite make it:

Resetting as in it would delete all of your current documents and programs. Basically the computer would be like when you 1st bought it. (link)

its called system recovery, your computer should have come with a cd for it. if not, installing a new operating system would typically wipe out all documents.

It means a version of the website is currently stored on your computer, it's usually used to make websites load faster. When your error happens, try holding shift and clicking refresh. If not that, try clearing your cache. In Firefox: Tools > Clear recent history. In IE: Tools > internet options > under browsing history click delete > delete temporary internet files.

So my gpa is a 3.3 and my sat scores are pretty low, my highest is a 1260. I am in mostly B classes but I take a few A classes and i have been in an honors class, I play a sport all year around,and I have participated in alot of volunteer activities. I want to be a physical therapist, and Im a senior this year so I only have a month to apply. Do you think I have a chance at attending scranton? My husband left his facebook logged in and i looked at the messages. He sent messages to some woman he plays poker with. the first two were innocent. She said yeah I made my bed i have to lie in it. My husband responded with. "next time you make your bed and lie in it..invite me over". I yelled at him, told him i would leave. He plays poker with her on mondays and said he doesnt like her "that way" and was just flirting.. REALLY? he is very apologetic and sweet to me. We have been married 8 months. I almost stopped reading after you said you read his Facebook. Serious breach of privacy. It's not cheating, its harmless flirting, people do it all the time. Where you go from here is you forget about it, and don't read his private messages any more.

I was looking for someone to add as a friend on facebook, and then I realized that if I went to any of our mutual friends and typed in the name it didn't come up, and it didn't come up in the search. But then I saw a picture she was tagged in then got a link to her profile which showed up. Does that mean she blocked me? I can still see her profile, but I had to click on her name in a picture she was tagged in to do it. (link)

Not showing up on lists I'm not sure, but there is definitely a privacy setting that makes it impossible to search for you. If she blocked you, you would not be able to see her profile at all, and if you somehow clicked on a link to it, it would give you a page cannot be found error.

It depends on how often you smoke, if that was your first time, then about a week. If regularly, about a month. The cleansers don't really work for the most part.

Okay, so I logged onto facebook the other day
and this guy had sent me a message saying "look at this video we caught of you on our spy cam"
I clicked on the link because I was curious if it it was really a video of me or not! at the time I was on my home computer the link took me to youtube but it wouldn't allow me to see the video, so I got on my laptop to see if my laptop would allow me to see it, which it didn't.. Now both my computers have viruses my house computer won't even go on.. I messaged the guy that sent it to me, and asked him why he sent me that video, he said his friend sent it to him and then when he opened the message it sent to his friends. Ever since I opened that link I keep getting IMS from people saying "Heyy, is that really you in this video, LOL what are you doing?" and then there's a link to a video, so I clicked on the link it took me to facebook videos but wouldn't show the video! i've gotten that IM from 3 different people, and i'm starting to think someone set secret cameras in my room, I don't know why, am I just freaking out, or do you just think it was spam they sent me? I messaged all 3 of the people and asked them what they meant by that IM and they all didn't know what I was talking about, and said they didn't send the IMS. i'm scared to do anything in my own room though, so my question is, is there ANY way I can know if there is cameras in my room? like, where do I check for those kind of things? I just think its kinda wierd how i'm getting all these IMS and messages about that! I don't really ever leave home, so if there is a video of me out there it would be in the privacy of my own house!

It was spam. If its doing it via facebook, you probably have a rogue ap, which should be easy enough to uninstall, though they keep changing their layout, just find the list of aps and remove anything you don't use. Second, change all of your passwords, chances are the software is logging in as you to send the messages. Thirdly, download and run Spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html (run the update first after downloading) because if you clicked a link like the one that was sent to you, chances are you've made other mistakes as well. If that doesn't fix it, also run Malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php On your house computer, after you push the power button, immediately start tapping F8, eventually a menu of options should come up, from which you should select safe mode with networking. The computer should boot (and look a little weird), then download and run the two programs I mentioned above.

Alienware laptops are pretty much more powerful than they need to be. If you plan on doing hardcore gaming, then yeah get one, if not, I wouldn't bother. They are also rather clunky and have high power consumption, so you would often be plugged in.
