what is cached as it relates to websites?

fist timer,when i want to get on some sites'it doe's notrespon.something about me being cashed.

It means a version of the website is currently stored on your computer, it's usually used to make websites load faster. When your error happens, try holding shift and clicking refresh. If not that, try clearing your cache. In Firefox: Tools > Clear recent history. In IE: Tools > internet options > under browsing history click delete > delete temporary internet files.
