You can't really expect a miracle without surgery, but here is what I do, and I find it's good to keep toned:
Try standing up straight, with your feet shoulder width apart.
In each hand, hold a dumbbell, of whatever weight is appropriate to you. If you do not have dumbbells, a brick, jug of water or a can of soup or something will have to do, and that's fine.
Stretch your arms just about all the way out to the side, but it's best not to lock your elbows.
Then bring your arms into your chest [like Tarzan would pound his chest, ya know?] Bring them in until you would [if you weren't holding the dumbbell] be able to comfortable hold onto your elbows [in a crossed arm motion, make sense?]. And that's all there is to it.

Well, I'm not shore that Limewire, Kazaa, and Bearshare are legal??? I think anywhere you take/steal music and/or videos without paying for it.. it's theft, which is illegal. However, I download from time to time, to be honest. I use Bearshare, which can be downloaded at: http://www.bearshare.com/downloads.htm Yes, it's free. And while I've never ever ever had a problem with viruses and spyware as a result of Bearshare, this is not to say that it can't happen. It's possible.. on ANY site.
If you'd like to take a different approach at this, I have some website links where you can go and LISTEN to music, but I'm not shore if you still have that option of burning the songs onto a cd. I doubt that. However, it's perfectly free, legal, and for the most part safe [because ANY website can be infected, ya know?].

You're not in "love", for one thing. Call it infatuation.
And what exactly are you worried about? Just go with the flow. I think the problem is that you're over thinking this. You're worrying unnecessarily. It's not that big of a deal. I realize you're nervous, but you're making it out to be something stressful, and it shouldn't be that way.

Why would "good" people be banned? If they're banned, they can't be all THAT "good", Hun. Maybe they have something helpful to say, as far as advice goes, but what if they go around making racist comments?? That's a reason for ban. What if they lie about their age? That's a reason for ban. What if they type with total disrespect for the English language? That's a reason for ban. They might give good advice, but that does not secure their protection. If they slip up baddly enough.. or simply one too many times... they too might receive a ban.
