sleep i dont get it...i only got 4 hours of sleep last night and i was very tired throughout the day but i cant fall asleep now! i've been trying for hours. all i do is lay there with an empty mind..not thinking about anything...how could i fall asleep?

you cud try counting sheep or if that doesnt work u may ave to see your doctor for sum sleepin pills or sum nite nurse ]
The body wants to fall asleep when its tired so you have to force it to fall asleep. Listen to relaxing music, turn the light off, cuddle with your blanket and rest your eyes. You'll be asleep in no time. Good luck! Hope I helped! ]
now its morning so you can just wake up. its still summer retard so who cares what time oyu go to sleep. the later the better! ]
If you smoke,drink coffee or excercise excessively then that will make you energetic and therefore not sleepy so I recommend relaxing winding down like an hour before you go to sleep have a bath and use salts and stuff they relax you also if you put lavender under your pillow i find it helps me relax <33

Sometimes reading helps. lol, I've also heard that watching fish make people tired/relaxed. You can try one of those. If nothing works, just watch some tv or keep yourself occupied until you're tired. Hope I helped. I can't sleep either, so I decided to give out some advice!

I do that. Just close your eyes and wait to go to sleep if it doesn't work i always watch tely in my room untill i feel very slepy. that is if you have 1. hope i helped. ]
i know this is kind of retarded and a bit creepy, but i think of my world geography teacher. she's this really old lady who talks for like, an hour every day and she always has the lights off and the projector on like she's going to show us something, but she never does, so i end up falling asleep. (she's really old and i think she's like, blind or something because she never notices) but when i can't sleep at night, i think about what she talked about that day, and i replay the class in my head. i end up falling asleep after like, 10 minutes and i study in the process. so my advice: think of your most boring class, and try to redo that class in your mind. ]
here are ways 2 fall asleep:
*drink warm milk
*keep lights and sounds off
*read
*DONT EAT!!!!!!! it will give u energy, and make u hve 2 go 2 the bathroom (duh me) ]
when i cant sleep i sleep on my stomach * i never do that* or i sleep without a pillow.. but thats just my way ]
hah that's happened to me plenty of times...it's because your body got off it's normal sleeping schedule so it's trying to adjsut to the one you had last night...umm you could read it might take a while but eventually it will make you fall asleep! you could also take tylenol pm i know its medicine and all but sometimes i take it when i seriously can't sleep! well night night lol! hope i helped! ♥ ]
you can be over tired... put your cd player on or whatver youhave...but play it really low but high enough wher you can hear it..that helps me fall asleep!..someone told me you can drink warm milk but thas pretty gross i dont htink you want to do that lol ]
well you could try sleeping pills, or like nyquil or something like that. i know it sounds stupid, but you can try counting to a certain number like 7 so then you have one thing to concentrate on and eventually youll get bored and fall asleep. its weird but it works for me sometims and i have horrible sleeping problems. or you could try listening to soft music. ]
