im trying to become a moderator and it wont let me it keeps saying

Have you been a member for at least thirty days?
No. You joined Wednesday July 27 2005, 1:32 pm, so your thirty day membership isn't until Friday August 26 2005, 1:32 pm.

but its august 26 and its 1:42
so how come it wont let me or how do i change it?
