Words of advice on love:
- Don't ever let someone tell you that you are not in love.
- If you say that you THINK you're in love, then you aren't. If you really feel it, then you are.
- Never let someone judge your relationship unless they know FACTS.
- To me, age is not an issue. If you are 13 and dating a 30 year old, then it's a big deal. If it's 5 or 6 years, not a big deal.

ok, i named the brown puppy Brownie, i named one of the black ones Walker, cuz its always walking around, and i named another black one Tiny, cuz its the smallest of the litter...there are still two unnamed black ones who are fat and always together, as if their twins....any ideas for THEIR names?

If you plan on keeping them I'd totaly name them Dumb and Dumber... or Tweetle-dee and Tweetle-dum like in Alice in Wonderland! Big Papa Big Mama (if they're a boy and a girl) Or you can go with the names of the seven dwarfs from Snow White. Happy, Bashful, Dopey, Sleepy, Doc, Sneezy, and I can't think of the other name. This would be so much easier if I knew the sex of them! But I'm trying my best. I had a kitten that was all black and I named her Shadow and her brother was grey and his name was Tornado. does anyone know how to fade freckles?

I've tried to fade the freckles on my nose once and I used lemon juice, I can't say it worked really good but it did fade them a couple of shades, but they were still very visible. Try lemon juice and then put a light powder foundation on your nose or wherever your freckles are. Lots of people love freckles though!! Hope this helped.

hey emily. you dont know me but this question is really personal. ok so everyday i wonder if i am ever going to start my period. i am almost 16, in Febuary ill be 16. so heres my reasoning. when i was like 12 i used one of those back massagers bc i duno we got one and i abused it and used it somewhat as a vibrator i guess?? i mean not exactly not like really hard but like a little. and its kind of addicting. im really scared, i wasnt aware of what could happen. i really hope that i will get my period bc i want to have kids and a family when i get older. dont get me wrong im not a slut at all. i've never had a boyfriend and i kind of keep to myself. i mean i have alot of friends but like i've never even kissed a guy:( but its so i was just wondering if you think that maybe i will get my period. i really hope so i feel so alone. can you please help me? thank you!

It varys with all girls as to what age they can get their period. It can be as young as 8 or 9 like my friend did or as old as 21 like my aunt did. No, really she did get her period when she was 21. Using that massager as something to masturbate with isn't really going to affect when you get your period. Masturbating is masturbating. You're actually really lucky to not have your period yet because, trust me, it's NOT fun. Also, when you're involved in alot of sports and you're active, it can make you get your period when you're older, or, when you do get your period and then start becoming active, you'll get it very irregularly. My friend is extreamly active, she plays soccer, basketball, she's a cheerleader a dancer and she does track. She get's her period about every 4-5 months. If you're really worried about it, talk to your mom or the next time you go to the doctor, ask him/her about it. It's perfectly normal. There's a senior in my school that still hasn't gotten her's yet. She's 17. Just calm down, don't worry about it. You'll get it eventually. On to the situation about guys, when you see a guy that you like, try to strike up a convo with him about sports, music, hobbies... stuff like that. Always try to smile when you're around people. Also, don't try to be something that you're not, like don't change who you are and how you act just because of a guy. Most of the guys I know just want a girl that they can hang out with and that can be themself around them, like a really well rounded, down to earth girl. When you do have your first kiss, trust me, it will be worth the wait. Hope this helped!

OH please!!!! They can just shut the fuck up (sorry for language) Big is beautiful!!!!! My cousin is a proud 215 pounds and she's beautiful and dating an amazing guy. Don't let them bring you down, they're just insecure about themself. You have to keep thinking to yourself "I KNOW I'm beautiful." You don't need to take that bullsh!t from them. You're not SUPPOSED to be but that would be called depression. About 90% of all teens eventually have depression. I for one had it for a year and a half and I was always depressed, crying, I was cutting myself and attempted suicide. If things really aren't feeling right to you, talk to your school guidance couselor. If you answer yes to 6 or more of these questions and you've felt like this for more than two weeks you could be depressed.

1: I often feel sad and anxious
2: I feel worthless and/or guilty
3: I'm easily irritated
4: My appetite has changed drastically.
5: I don't enjoy things I used to like to do.
6: I have little or no energy
7: I sleep too little or too much
8: I have trouble concentrating/making decisions
9: I have violent outbursts/trouble with self control
10: Some people think I'm loud and obnoxious
11: I skip school or have dropped school activities
12: I often have headaches or other aches.
13: I use alchohal or other drugs to help me feel better.
14: I feel helpless to change my situation.

any tips on how to improve your improv or improvisation skills? thats what i really need, cuz our leader makes us do that and im not good at acting without scripts

Don't think about it, just go with whatever comes to you! If you think about it you'll have a harder time going on with the scene. I do improvisation everyday in Drama and I just go with whatever comes to me. You have to try to change your character, don't always be your self. Try to chang your voice, loudness, pitch, accent... stuff like that. Today I had to pretend I was a type of Julia Roberts in pretty woman walking into a store and they had to tell me to leave because they didn't think I was good enough but I had to know that I was actually rich. So what I did was changed my voice, my body movements and facial expressoins which gives you an appearance of a totaly different person. Hope this helped.

Ok well I like this guy, whose name is Frankie. Frankie is a total skater dude, and I’m well... kinda preppy. The only reason I’ve really talked to him is cause he sat by me in a couple of my classes. When I talked to him he was really nice.. and sweet. I finally realized I liked him. I really don’t know if he likes me because he's so different from guys I normally like.. And so different from me. Anyway we had this little inside joke thing where we always like wave to each other outside of this one class we have 2gether... and yea.. He always smiles and waves when he sees me and he is so nice. I mean from what I can tell I barely know him though... it really stinks. Yesterday he switched some classes and now I have no classes with him... I’m really upset. It ruint my whole day yesterday anyway.. I really want to talk to him and just get to know him better. But there are some problems... I’m pretty outgoing but I can be really shy around guys and stuff.... Frankie is totally different from me, and a skater dude... most of his friends totally hate me.... And most of my friends don’t really know him (and I wont tell them who he is)... and I have no classes with him. He still waves to me though. I need advice on how to like talk to Frankie and like really have a conversation with him or just play around. I’m pretty creative, but with all the problems I dunno what 2 do.... Well if you know that he's a skater, talk to him about skateboarding. Ask him who's his favorite skateboarder. That sucks that his friends don't like you. To me, it's really not a big deal about if he's skaterish and you're preppy or whatever. A person is a person, it all matters on personality. There is this guy in my school that was like "gothic" if you wish, he'd dress in black, he had piercings, baggy pants, he'd listen to hard core metal music... everything like that. Lots of people were scared of him though because he looked rather... scary. He's the sweetest guy in the world though! He's a really good friend of mine and we are total opposites. His best friend is more of the ghetto type and listens to hip hop and rap. Go figure! The key thing to approaching a guy is CONFIDENCE. Talk to him about different sports like baseball, soccer, basketball, etc. Just be confident and don't care if his friends hate you. Always try to smile, there is this thing that girls do that I KNOW guys love. When you're talking to him look down to the floor and then just look up with your eyes and then look at him and smile. okay i have a problem.... i cut myself... and i dont know how to stop.. its just that i get all jittery and the room spins but as soon as i cut myself i feel normal again and i get a major high off of it.... i want to stop because i know that someone is going to find out and than my life wil be over... so i guess my question is how do i stop without my friends or family ever finding out???

Oh jeeze, not another cutter. Here goes. I too was a cutter for a year and a half. I had clinical depression and I attempted suicide, the whole bit. It's not a healthy thing to do. AT ALL. I'd do it every day and I've got scars to prove it. Eventually my parents found out and I went to therapy for 9 months and I'm fine now. What you have to do is exert your energy somewhere else. For instance, what makes me feel most at ease is playing the guitar and writing poetry. I've seen MANY questions on here about cutting. All I can tell you to do is to WRITE! Write down everything you're feeling, even write down the morbidness of how it feels when you cut. But you HAVE to stop. You're parents eventually will find out and you'll end up having to go to therapy. Therapy helps. It's helped SOOO many people through just about everything. If you don't see improvement, you have to tell your parents. I'm happy that you are making an effort to stop what you're doing. I hope that you realize what you're doing isn't healthy. I know from experience. It's hard to cover the cuts and to hide the guilt. Please try to stop, just write! Hope this helped.

Ya know, I've always wondered that about my parents. My parents got married when they were younger though but you'd wonder now since you see 13 and 14 year old girls getting pregnant, did my parents ever have sex with anyone before they were married or before they met? It's a question I'm sure is on alot of people's minds. But it never hurts to ask. Say, Mom, I was wondering, but before you had met dad, were you a virgin? I'm sure she'll give you a funny look and then she might tell you a story about some guy she met at a concert named Frank and how they were drunk and they had sex. Okay, just for a little background info, my guy and I have been together eleven months in 2 days. We're totally in love, I know he'd never cheat on me, and I totally trust him.
He told me that he went clubbing with his guyfriends and was kind of surrounded by girls (I don't doubt this, he's really hot...*drool*), and was dancing with them and all that...
His guyfriends apparently were telling him "ooh, your girlfriend's gonna be pissed" and stuff like that, and he said I wouldn't.
The thing is, I told him I wasn't, but I kind of am...I mean, I've always said "oh, I'm not the jealous type" and I'm not, really. I trust him, and I know it's not cheating. It's just dancing. But it still bothers me for some reason.
I don't want to make him think I don't want him to talk to girls or anything, lol. I mean, that's hypocritical. Most of my friends are guys.
What should I do/say? Should I do/say anything, or just leave it alone?

I'm the same way as you. My boyfriend is drop dead gorgeous and every chick in his school want to do the dirty with him. I went to his homecoming and there was this girl that was like hanging ALL OVER HIM! I got so pissed off. See, I'm normally not the jealous type either but when you hear that other women were hanging all over your man, you're gonna get pissed. If it's really bothering you then talk to him, tell him that it bothered you and if he's loyal like you say he is, then he'll say it meant nothing and reassure you that he'd never do anything to hurt you. Just after that, pretty much just leave it alone. It's really not a big deal. If you really do trust him, you'll know that he's not doing anything. one of my best guy friends, lets just say named steve, just told me today that he tried cutting his wrist tha other night..i saw the cut, it was TINY but still it was a cut..i dunno if he is trying to get attention or if he is serious..because the cut looked like it was from a longggg time ago and he said he just recently had done it..i dunno what to say to him because no matter what, real or not, i have to support him, etc...he is like the happiest pesron i know,but i guess i dont know anymore...help

You have to understand this, people with depression try to cover up their sadness with happiness so that they don't get people to worry about them unless they want to have people worrying about them. A threat like that still isn't good... I had depression for a year and a half and I cut, attempted suicide... the whole bit. When someone has depression and when they cut, it's like a sigh or releif. Up until the point when they cut, it's as if they're numb so the cutting makes them feel. You should talk to him to figure out what's going on. I know plenty of people that would say that they cut but they never did and just did it for attention. About 99% of cutters have move than just one little cut on their wrists after they say that they "cut" themself. He may be just be doing it for attention but someone saying that they are cutting themself is something you can't assume is a joke. You have to take it seriously. If later on he tells you that he's done it again and shows you his wrists and there are cuts there, you should either go to your guidance couselor or a trusted adult. I'm sure you've heard that from adults all the time but its true. If there is really something wrong with him he NEEDS to get help and I'm glad you've taken it a step further to figure out what you should do. Hope this helped. Well I'm not going to give you advice on how to get him to like you more than her but here goes... If he likes this chick and he wants to be with her then he's going to be with her. But, if he's going to be an ass and go and cheat on you like that, then he's an ass HOLE. 80% of guys that say "Baby I'll change," or anything along those lines after he's cheated on you, odds are he's going to do it again. You don't deserve to be hurt like that. If you were to be going out with him and he never cheated on you but you decided to cheat on him, how do you think he'd feel. Exactly the way that you felt. It's a shitty feeling I must admit. It's happened ot me a total of 6 times with 6 guys, yeah ALL of my ex's cheated on me. Not fun. If you want to avoid from you getting hurt again I suggest that you don't go back out with this guy or try to get back with him. Go out there, flirt with guys! You'll get over him. I promise. Okay heres the thing. There's this guy I really like. His name is Eugene. I've liked him since 5th grade. Right now I'm in 8th. Well, me and him have been really good friends. Well the guy probably likes your friend more and wants to "seduce" her so that's why he's doing that to her. If she doesn't care how you feel then she's not a friend. Keep this in mind sweetie, 97% of men are assholes. It's been proven time and time again. He's not worth your time if he's gonna do that to you. He's young and probably horny and he wants to flirt. Does pro activ really work? any body ever tryed it, how long did it take for you to have clear skin.? any dis-advantages?

I tried it and for me... it was a piece of shit. I hated it. It made my skin even worse. I had no sign of improvement on my skin at all. I still was breaking out even worse than I was when I wasn't using it. What I do now is wash my face with clearisil facial scrub then use oxy pads then clean & clear oil free acne moisturizer. I only get little pimples on my forehead that I can easily cover up. Hope this helped.


EDIT: I tried it for 3 months... it did NOTHING.
