soccer is coming up soon.... i need to get in shape... really bad. whenever i run now i feel i get out of breath a lot easier. and i think my leg muscles decreased, i lost a lot of weight. what can i do do get in shape, and increase my muscles (mainly leg muscles.. although arm muscles would help for my throw-ins)?

ok this one is going to be long, so bear with me. i have this guy friend (he's 15/m and i'm 17/f) and our relationship is kinda brother/sisterish. a couple of weeks ago, i was talking to him online and he admitted that he had a crush on me. well this totally surprised me, cause i had a crush on him too. i told him and we were both shocked but then thought that we should try and maybe go out (in secret at first, just in case it didn't work out), and just see how it goes. well we did that, and long story short, we made out a few times then i told him that i didn't think it was a good idea. i'm not really sure why i did it, but i did. but now, i think i have "more than friend" feelings for him again (but i'm not exactly sure), but i don't want to hurt him again. oh, and he still likes me a lot. what should i do? i think you should just remain good friends with him so you dont break the friendship. if your feelings get stronger then try and go out with him again. and there is no point in going out with someone if you arnt going to tell anyone. if you like them then you shouldnt be afraid to tell anyone. i really think you should go out with him. if you like him then go for it.

Hey I was just wandering what you thought about this one. Sorry it might be kinda long but I really need your advice.
-Me and my boyfriend have been going out for 3 weeks exactly today. He is like really stupid and kinda weird so I dont know what I want to do. Half of me wants to dump him and the other half doesn't. I know that he really really likes me and that if I break up with him he might even cry. Today on our field trip some of his friends were like joking around and told me that he dumped me (and I knew he didnt). He was like what?!? I would never dump her. And yesterday he bought me this really cute stuffed animal (dolphin) because he knows that I love dolphins.

why dont you just try talking to him. it will help and he will understand that hes bothering you. but if you like him you shouldnt care. if its just his personality then your not going to be able to change it. and if you doing this for him so he doesnt cry then you guyys arent right for each other. if you dont care about him (as in love him) then you guyys should not go out. he obviously like you a lot. if he likes you so much why would he not want to be friends with you after you guyys break up? give it some thought

Im not sure if i should break up with my boyfriend or not. Lately things havent been going good for us. We been going out 3 months by the way. I just got back from a trip and he only texted me twice while I was gone & i just called him to see if he wanted to go somewhere and he didnt barely talk at all, he didnt ask how my trip went, or that he missed me or anything. Right after I asked him, he said no & said bye. I dunno how I should break up with him though, I cant do it in person cuz we have spring break and I cant see him all week for different reasons and I sure dont want to call him again... ok my best friend is really cool and nice and funny and all but recently i don't know but she's been a little bit of ignoring me... it seems. well we don't go to the same school so we call each other all the time but these days i'm the only one who really calls her and she's almost never home. or she's online. but before when she was online, she'd always get off to talk to me. now she won't!! and i'm only able to talk to her for short times because she just signs off, without saying bye or anything!!! i don't know... and plus like she never really calls me anymore, first because my grandma would never let me talk to her anyway but now my grandma will and she still won't call! and whenever we are able to talk, she says she has to go like after only a few minutes!! i don't really get it, please help!! have you tried talking to her? you should try. the same thing has happened to me. i was really upset cuz she was my best friend. but i found new friends but didnt call her as much as i used to. were still really good friends but we just dont hang out as much. its ok not to talk to her as much. have you tried getting together like to hang out? cuz then you could really talk to her. you cant really have a friendship over the phone and internet. jjust try some of this stuff and hopefully it will work

There's this girl at my school who's a total bitch and talks about everyone. She always says nasty things about people who aren't just like her and thinks she's so much better than everyone. Just the other day she was making fun of a guy that's in a wheelchair & in the hospital because he's having problems with his lungs. She said "wow what a retard... Why are we wasting our time talking about him?" like it was some big joke. People told her that was REALLY mean but she burst out laughing like it was the funniest thing in the world.
She also found out that me & my friend said something about her.. Now she yells shit at us in the halls & even drew on a picture of us in a classroom. I'm so sick of her acting so childish. We'll both tell her to grow up & get a life but she just keeps on doing it & dragging other people into it. It's getting so irritating and really getting to me.

ok well i love sports,iv played sports for 7 years but anyways ever since about 2 months ago i have been gettin these really painful pains in my knees & achillies tendons(they hurt very bad) after i finish a sporting event(football game,track practice, e.t.c. well ask her first if she is really into him or not. if they break up then you can tell her. but its not a good idea to tell her while shes going out with him. when or if she does break up with him just try and flirt and give him the idea that you liike him. if he likes you too then things should go fine. good luck!
