well basiiicallly. you might have a lot more than you think you have. the problem that most people have when trying to find that "six pack look" is that they concentrate on building up that msucle. yeah you wanna do that...but you cant have any fat on top of those muscles or they wont show.
so in addition to doing crunches and other such ab work outs, do some cardio work outs, and fat burnign exercises.

mmmk. so. im about 5'10-11 ish. in that area. i can never find cute pants that are decently priced that are long enough. most of my pants are from the buckle because they have xtra long pants.
i normally wear like 29,35 whatever that is. 29inch waist, 35 inch...legs. ahah but yeah so does any one know where to buy pants for me that arent that expensive? (link)

15/f. i got my formal dress and i ordered it online. well it fits except it is a little short. so i tried it on with leggings and it looks cute, but i'm afraid that now it isn't dressy enough. the dance is a holiday winter formal and everybody gets all dressed up. here are two pictures and i'd like your opinion (guys & girls) on which way i should wear the dress.

wellll it could be some sort of std but most likely not. the different smells come from the things you eat. make sure to eat healthy. and also...espcally after working out make sure to wash down there with soap

Hmm. I agree with the person under me. I think that the reason that he is making the risk of you getting pregnant higher is that he's worried that you're going to leave him or back out. I would first take a pregnancy test and see if you are pregnant but then also reassure him...if you aren't...that there is no way that you would want to back out of the marriage. and then once thats said maybe mention that you know about the holes in the condoms.

OKay, so about....3 or four weeks ago i slept with a guy...at a party. We used protection, and he didnt actually...'come'
but, ive now skipped my period...its like a week late and i am really worried i am pregnant. should i give it a few more days...or should i take a test and find out?
Also, if i am pregnant...what can i do? do abortions cost money?

ok to start off im going to tell you to not listen to any one and decide what you want as far as abortions and what not. i dont believe in them...but i can understand why you might want one...so im not going to say anything to try and change your mind.

there is a way that the dentsit can do it but DONT. because it only whitens where your braces arent. so like...when you get them off you will have darker spots.
so just wait til you get your braces off. thats what i did...and i suggest crest whitestrips. they work really well.

Okay just fyi, I am a girl.
Most of my life all my friends have been guys, but I'm getting tired of it. I want more girl friends but I don't really know how to like...I dunno, befriend them, I guess? 'Cause I'm just so used to being around guys and having guys as friends. I don't know how to interact with girls as easily. Not to mention I've always kind of felt like the other girls had something I didn't. Don't really know how to explain that one, but yeah...
I want to like, have girl friends and girls nights and all that and at the moment, I have like 2 girls, and a whole bunch of guys.

well i suggest that you start by hanging out with the 2 girl freinds that you do have...and like just hang out with them and other girls and just act normall...and pretty soon you will get to be better freinds with their freinds.

wellll hunny. dont be embarrsed because thats always gonna happen. your getting "wet" becuase you'r getting turned on. and dont worry about your boyfriend freaking out or anytthing because that should happen. It happens so its easier to like have sex n' stuff.

basically. you dont have to be a pro for dancing at homecoming and stuff. just basically. like fast songs..just kinda move back and forth try to do it to the music. its easier to do than it is to explain. you dont have to know how to dance. just do what feels right.

OK heres the deal I wanta play basketball but if i do i dont think i will "play" i didnt last year and i doubt that i will this year. My coach last year the same as this... called me fat and he dont think i am any good so i think i will sit out every game. my friends want me to play and everything they will hate me if I dont. I need help deciding before Sunday.
PS my softball coach said that i should play and so did my volleyball coach. I think phhyiscaly i shouldnt but mentally I want to. (link)

I say go for it. I play 3 school sports, and im a junior. and looking back on sophomore and freshmen years the best parts are really just the practices, and just spending time with my teammates and friends. you should play, work your hardest and make sure that your coach knows how bad you want it. And hey...its always a good work out!

Well. Hun, you gotta learn something. I'm guessing your in highschool, by the sounds of it. So. well you need to learn that guys lie, along with the rest of the world. Even though he said that you were "different" he's probabley used that line many times other than to just you. Trust me. I've been in your situation. hes not going to change his ways of hooking up wtih a ton of girls jsut for you. nothing against you at all...but thats just how he is.
My advice...go find a nice sweet guy that will treat you right and wont make you have sex with him until you really want to because you love him.

ok so here is the deal i am 15 and a girl. me and my bf have been going out for a year and we love eachother dearly. we were sleeping together but then we stoped because i was uncomfortable and we told our family about it. now he is jealous of his friend because they can go do stuff with their gfs and he cant with his. he says i am cheating him out of the realationship because all he ever does is make me happy and i dont in return. i would willingly do whatever to make him happy but have sex. i dont know what to do.

welll if he thinks that he just wants to be with you because he wants to have sex with you then.
a. he most likely doesnt "love you"
and b. he is probabley only in it to get some.
sit him down and make him realize that you will not be pressured into having sex with him until you are ready, which may be in a long time. Let him know what you are willing and not willing to do. this might be hard. but after you do it, it might make him realize that hes not gonna "get any" from you, or he might come to his senses and not be a jerk and actually be a good boyfreind.

Is there an easier way to shave the vaginal area .. ? I'm too young to go out and buy cream and all that stuff ... so all I have is the easy to use razors and soap and whatnot . I've tried before .. but it scratches and hurts and whatnot, then when I shave down it just trims .. it's getting annoying . (link)

its easiest if you take a bath. just let all the hair get soft and not stiff. then just shave as normal, being carful, and use conditioner instead of just normal soap.
and its none of my business. but if you're too young to buy shaving cream...then why are you even worrying about it?

okay, i have a question. So i've been dating someone for 4 years now. i, no questions asked, love him to death right. He was my first in everything but i wasn't his first in bed. After all these years he won't tell me who he first slept with. If i really think about it really it makes me a bit mad. He says he wants to at least keep something to himself. I think that it is something that he should be keeping to himself..not only for his own sake but for the other girl. FOr example. If you were dating a guy and you slept with him...and then broke up...would you want him going around telling his next girlfreinds about what you two did in your private time?
I know exactly how you feel...and it can be frustrating but I've learned to just get over it.

i have verizon and its pretty cheap i guess.
cell phones have a whole range of prices. camera phones are obviously more as well as flip phones usually.
i think that also cingular is very similar to verizon

hey i know exactly how you feel.
cuz like right now i have really strong stomach muscles cuz i used to crunches allll the time. but you just have to work on losing the weight that is on top of the muscles. just like go running or biking or something like that.
