karlyndarlin05 answered Wednesday November 1 2006, 10:54 pm: well basiiicallly. you might have a lot more than you think you have. the problem that most people have when trying to find that "six pack look" is that they concentrate on building up that msucle. yeah you wanna do that...but you cant have any fat on top of those muscles or they wont show.
so in addition to doing crunches and other such ab work outs, do some cardio work outs, and fat burnign exercises.

than 20 situps and 20 crunches
than 30, 40, 50, and keep going for as long as you can
