Jogging, and you can do push-ups. Other then that, you can do sit-ups. Okay, so they are kind of the same thing as crunches, but if you do them right, they are the best thing that you could do. Make sure that you legs are bent and your hands are crossed across your chest. then, without lifting your legs, sit up all the way until your chest is touching your knees. You can change that a little by like going to the side. Like one hand to the opposite knee and then do that with the other hand. You can also keep you knees bent and then put them in the air and then reach your hands out and then like reach for the air. Like sit up, but keep your knees in the air. It isn't the best, and you should put it in your words, but it would work. That isn't always the best decision either. You might want to just listen to what she has to say. She knows her bf the best, and if she says that he would get mad, then she is probably right. But I don't see the harm in giving her a present. Actually the best thing you could do is cut it. I know that it just started to grow, but that will help it. I have to get my hair trimmed a lot, and it is really long. I don't know how it does it, but it really helps. You don't have to get a ton off, just an inch at least and two at most. It will make it a little shorter, but not for long. No, not nessisarily. It is only a bad thing if you don't feel anything when you look at him or talk to him or anything like that. A kiss doesn't always show the true feeling. I think... that it is because they don't think that they have a chance with the girl. Or that the girl doesn't like them so they don't think that they should chance it. Or there is the occasional boy that is just too much of a sissy to ask a girl out. Some boys are too full of themselves, or their friends are too important for them to ask the girls out. you know, it isn't your fault if you like him, but you are right, the age difference is a little on the weird unnerving side. It wouldn't be totally horrible if you guys went out. I hate to tell you this, but there really no good way to dump a guy without hurting their feelings, unless they never liked you then they just don't care. There are ways to make it a little better though. Like, don't do it over the phone or something like that. Do it to his face, that way he won't think that you are avoiding him.
