that's me. all right, so if i wanted to dye my hair, which color do u think would look best on me? i'm also looking to change my hair style. which kind of hair style do you think would look good on me? [that picture is kind of old, i have a sidebang now.] all right, i've been contemplating all different kinds of colors and i'm not sure which would look best on me. so, any hair/face experts out there, give me your advice, please!
Hm. I think that a more reddish color would look good on you. Like an auburn reddish brown color. Your skin tone would look good with a red tint in there. As for the style, I think adding subtle layers, especially around the face (you said you have sidebangs now though) would look really good. If you're looking for a more drastic change, I think a choppy, shorter cut for summer would look reaaaaally cute on you. Maybe length between your shoulders and your chin, parted to the side with your sidebangs. That would look good. But it's all about what you're comfortable with. Good luck =)

All I did, was go to photobucket, and search "background" or "backgrounds". I looked through all the different ones that came up and chose one I like. Then I copied the URL into the space for background URL in Column Settings, and hit save. That's all it takes!
Well, my boyfriend and I have been together for 7 months now and we're in love. Not too long ago we were at his house, in his room just listening to music - until we started making out. Which led to us almost having sex (clothes off and everything). I was physically ready, but I don't know if I was mentally ready. He didn't want to because he didn't want me to think that's all he wanted from me. But I know I'm ready now, and I told him (he's not a virgin) - but he wants to wait until our one year to go all the way (but for now we're having sex with our clothes on - if thats possible, and a couple times he's tried unbuttoning my pants but he stops himself - even though I don't want him to)
What should I do ? I've told him I'm ready but he insists on waiting until our 1 year..

It's great that you're so ready, but you have to respect his wishes too. It seems that he's only trying to think of what's good for you and your relationships, which is great!!! However, there could be other reasons that he wants to wait. Maybe he really does want you to be different from the other girl(s). Or maybe he has a different reason. But whatever his reasoning is, you have to respect it like he would respect your decision to not have sex. It seems like a totally situation, I know, since he's not a virgin, but you have to treat it the same. So just sit down and have a talk with him. Tell him that you are ready when he is, and if he really wants to wait, then you will because you love him. And maybe if you explain to him that you would never think he just wanted sex, he might change his mind. However, if he doesn't, you are just going to have to wait until your 1 year.
On the bright side, it sure would make a memorable one year. It would actually be celebrating something, and it could be really special =)

OK, so my "friend" and i just got in a HUGE fight. We've been "friends" for two years but have gotten in SEVERAL serious arguments. Against our parents wishes we remained friends through out the years even though she would treat me horribly. Like I said before we just got in a big fight and totally decided not to be friends. Since the fight she hasn't gone out of her way to be mean to me but just being around her makes me remember all the times I've cried because of her being un-kind. We used to go to the same Bible class but since the fight I can't even stand being around her hardly being in the same room as her. I want to go back to Bible class but can't get over the fact of what she did to me. What should I do? And how do I TOTALLY forgive her, but remain not being friends?
You can't really make yourself forgive someone. It will happen with time. For now, you just have to tell yourself that you have other friends and you don't need her. You know that you will be better off without her. When you look at her, don't think about how she wronged you, just think about how you are glad that you don't have to deal with her anymore. Be civil when around her. Don't be mean or spread rumors about her, that will make you look bad. Just treat her as someone you barely know. Say hi, make small talk, and be done with it. It will all start to feel normal, you just have to give it time =)

You're going to have to either get a new one or get your old one fixed. Until you do that, though, you can use an on screen keyboard (If yours has it!). Go to start, then to all programs, then to accessories, then to accessibility, then to on screen keyboard. If your's doesn't have it, then I don't know what to tell you, sorry.

Sorry, I'm not sure if this is in the right category. I don't have braces yet, but im getting them soon, three days after i get my braces i'm planning to go to a friends house for a sleepover, will i be able to eat solid foods 3 days after getting braces?? If not, please provide websites that have information on this. All information is much appreciated Thank you.
It all depends on the person. A couple other people said that you won't be able to eat tough foods the first day you get them, however, my pain did not come until the second day. I have friends who it didn't really hurt at all, and others that were in so much pain that they could only eat macaroni for a week. I was in the middle. However, you will probably be able to eat solid foods. Now, I would go crunching into an apple, but normal foods should be okay for you. Earlier that day, if you are in lots of pain, just eat a big meal before you go, and bring something easy to eat for a snack, such as some ice cream or pudding or something like that. No. You can definitely get high. However, I sit at a lunch table with a lot of guys that smoke pot, and none of them got high the first time. So it could go either way I suppose.

On imeem.com, they have about every song you can think of. You can browse popular music, or do specefic searches. I'm not sure of that's exactly what you're looking for, but its a cool site, you should check it out.
You can also try Purevolume.com. Thar site is somewhat like myspace, except it's all about music. They don't have every song by artists, but it's a cool way to discover new music.
I wanna get a digital camera for my birthday this summer OR a coach purse. I'm not sure which I want more yet, but if I get the digital camera, can anyone list any good ones that have a nice size picture with good quality thats around 100-150 dollars? I know its hard to find dig. cameras like this price that are good, lol. Thats why I'm going to say that I don't mind how many pictures they hold or anything. If you could help that'd be great
I've had 2 different models of the sony cybershot, and my mom has a cybershot, and they have all been very good. I would definitely say go for a sony. There are different models of them that range in price, so you should be able to find what you're looking for.
PS- definitely go for the camera. They're way more useful than a coach purse =)

There could be many reasons.
A lot of girls are attracted to guys who treat them badly. I think a lot of it is that you want to be the one he changes for. You want to be that special girl (I'm assuming you're a girl...?) that tamed the beast. Also maybe you want what you can't have..? Or, like the other person said, you could just like his looks, or maybe just the idea of him, and not actually him.

17/f Is friends with benefits a bad idea if I have feelings for the guy? We've had this thing going on for months, and we're really good friends but I know he just wants to make out. I don't have a problem with us just doing that but I don't want to get emotionally hurt which I know may happen if I have real feelings for him.
If you have feelings for him, and he does not have those feelings for you, it will only turn out badly. Trust me. You WILL get attached, and when, down the road, he starts to really like a girl, you will be heartbroken. A friends with benefits relationship can only truly work if both people involved have no romantic feelings for each other. So, I wouldn't advise it. By not putting yourself in that position, you will save yourself lots of heartache down the road. It sounds to me like you already have a feeling that it will not turn out well. Go with your feeling, whatever it is.

A good friend, like LM said, is someone who is always there for you. They are there to listen to you when you are upset and offer advice. They also come to you with their problems. They won't tell your secrets. They will stick up for you. They won't try to bring you down. They will tell you the truth, even if it hurts.
A bad friend is someone who uses you. Someone who doesn't offer help when you are upset. Someone who lies to you. Someone who steals your boyfriends or girlfriends. Someone who has something to gain from you but your friendship (popularity, your older brother or sister, etc.) Someone who always brings you down. Someone who is a bad influence (tells you you should steal, drink, do drugs, etc.)
Basically, you should feel your best around someone. That is how you know they are a good friend.

They make t shirt markers just for this purpose. Sharpies aren't totally permanent. It fades a lot and disappears over time. You can get t shirt markers in all colors at any craft store. Walmart might even have some.
ok so i just asked you the question about switching schools. the school i want to go to is a 3A the school i don't want to go to is a 4A. o and any advice on guys like how should i appraoch them and act around them?? you know stuff like that.
I would just advise you to be outgoing. You can't come off as the shy new girl. If you act supercool and confident, that's what everyone will think you are. You don't really have to do anything to get guys. Honestly, just be yourself. Introduce yourself to them, ask them questions. They will see how confident you are, and trust me, confidence is hot =) Now, it doesn't hurt to be a little flirty. Don't be too flirty though, unless you actually like the guy.
However, make sure not to focus all your attention on the guys! That's a big mistake. All the girls will see you as a threat and they won't want to be your friend. So make sure to go out of your way to be nice and talk to them too!

Well I can't tell you what to do, but I can tell you my personal experience. For 5 years, I went to a really small school. There were 40 kids in my whole grade. Everyone knew everyone's business. I had friends, but I still hated it. Everyone was stuck up and I just was not happy. (much like your situation). My parents saw how much I hated going there, and they gave me the option of switching schools before my freshman year in high school. It would be a huge change, 40 kids in a grade to 400. The whole summer I was freaking out. I ended up making the switch. Best decision I have made so far. I am so much happier in the bigger school. There are much more options for friends and boys. Plus, they offered a lot more classes, which is better preparing me for college. I'm so glad I made the choice I did.
So if I were you, I'd make the switch. It's not worth it to be unhappy everyday. School is hard enough as it is.

8 out of 9 guys at my lunch table have smoked pot before. They were telling me all about it today, actually. All of them said you don't get high the first time. I don't know if this is true for everyone, however, none of them got that reation.
I'm Christian and when i masturbate i feel like I'm sinning from what I've seen on here (people on here say it is) Christians aren't allowed to. is that true. also I'm presbyterian not catholic so i don't have confessionals to confess if it is.. so if it is how can i un-sin lol.
Just to give you another point of view..
The way it was described to me by church leaders, is that it's not just actual masturbation that is the sin. What do you think about when you masturbate? Do you fantasize about having sex? Do you look at porn? Do you think about someone in particular when you masturbate? That is something a lot of people don't think about when contemplating whether masturbation is a sin or not.
Now, I can't tell you whether it is a sin or not. I have no idea. Only you can make that decision. My opinion? I agree with the other columnists. Go for it.
