can anybody make me list how you know for sure someone is true friend and what not a true freind and how you know she or he not pretending be your friend or not thanks

Maybe give some free advice about: Friendship?
Friendship can be a very beautiful thing and at the same time can be very stressful and requires a lot of work.
Unfortunately, I can't give you a list that will explain what makes a true friend. Everybody sees things in different angles. What I may think is a true friend may not have the same meaning for you.
The best way for ME to tell if someone is my true friend is to consider some things.
1) Does this person TRULY have my best interest in mind?
2) Does this person go out of their way to make me happy?
3) Can I trust this person?
4) Does this person bring out a positive side of me?
If you have answered YES to most of these questions, I would say you definitely have a person who has a lot of true friend qualities. Just keep in mind, a true friend will be there for you when you need them AND they will make you a better person, just by being in your life.
Keep negative friends away and cherish those rare ones who are the light at the end of the tunnel.

A good friend, like LM said, is someone who is always there for you. They are there to listen to you when you are upset and offer advice. They also come to you with their problems. They won't tell your secrets. They will stick up for you. They won't try to bring you down. They will tell you the truth, even if it hurts.
A bad friend is someone who uses you. Someone who doesn't offer help when you are upset. Someone who lies to you. Someone who steals your boyfriends or girlfriends. Someone who has something to gain from you but your friendship (popularity, your older brother or sister, etc.) Someone who always brings you down. Someone who is a bad influence (tells you you should steal, drink, do drugs, etc.)
Basically, you should feel your best around someone. That is how you know they are a good friend.

FRIENDS VS TRUE FRIENDS!
FRIENDS: Never ask for anything to eat or drink.
TRUE FRIENDS: Helps themselves and are the reason why you have no food.
FRIENDS: Call your parents by Mr. and Mrs. and Grandpa, by Grandpa.
TRUE FRIENDS: Call your parents DAD and MOM and Grandpa, GRAMPS!
FRIENDS: Would bail you out of jail.
TRUE FRIENDS: Would be sitting next to you sayin "DAMN!" we fucked up!
FRIENDS: Have never seen you cry.
TRUE FRIENDS: Wont tell everyone else you cried...just laugh about it with you in private when your not down anymore.

FRIENDS: Borrows your stuff for a few days then gives it back.
TRUE FRIENDS: Loses your shit and tells you, "My bad...here's a tissue."
FRIENDS: Only know a few things about you.
TRUE FRIENDS: Could write a very embarrassing biography on your life story...
FRIENDS: Will leave you behind if that is what the crowd is doing.
TRUE FRIENDS: Will kick the whole crowds ass that left you
FRIENDS: Would knock on your front door.
TRUE FRIENDS: Walk right in and say "I'M HOME."
FRIENDS: You have to tell them not to tell anyone.
TRUE FRIENDS: Already know not to tell.
FRIENDS: Are only through highschool/college. (aka: drinking buddies)
TRUE FRIENDS: Are for life.
FRIENDS: Will be there to take your drink away from you when they think you've had enough.
TRUE FRIENDS: Will look at you stumbling all over the place & say "Bitch drink the rest of that ! You know we don't waste!

Not so much a list, but a rule.
A true friend is there for you no matter what. They don't use you, or ONLY hang out with you when nobody else is around. They genuinely listen and care about you.
You just.. know.
