here is what i use
1)treseme ( i think thats how u spell it) shampoo and conditioner
2) rusk straighener
3) aquage straighening spray and straighening gel.
the aquage stuff makes my hair even smoother then before i straightened it. my hair is really bumpy and wavy and that straightener is great! ask your hair cutter to teach you how to straighner your hair correctly!

Well, it depends on the friend. I would say online only because then you can both say how you really feel and not have to face them face to face. Because when you talk in person and you say "i'm sorry" Then may just be like oh it's ok.. and they may not feel that way, they just can't say stuff to your face.

sometimes, you just need to stay out of things. this is one of those things you should stay out of because you don't want to hurt either of your freinds. let your best freind do what she wants to do and maybe she will learn from it. just be there for both of your freinds, and that's the best thing you can do!

1) Yes, if you really do like him go out with him. Give it a chance, if you find out he's cheating on you, forget him and move on. I wouldn't ask a guy out, cause it's not really my style... if it is your style, and you have the guts to, then go for it. You could say something like, maybe we can go out this weekend or something like that, he will get the hint!
2) It's going to be hard to see eachother outside of school due to activities and stuff. Myabe you guys can go to a school sports game together, like a track meet or baseball game. Or get together and study with eachother and go to eachother's houses.

Q: After writing an essay about something we liked were gunna have to speak in front of the class for a timed 5 minutes about it. And i'm scared out of my mind. Whenever we have to talk in front of the class i start talking fast (which doesnt help me reach 5 min easily) and like moving my legs back and forth. I love to talk in front of my class, here are some tips.
1)try your hardest to talk slowly
2)answer any questions
3) don't look at the wall celing or wherever, Look at the class when you are talking
4) practice your speech consistently in front of your mirrar
5)everytime you start to swing your legs, pinch your leg (somewhere where no one can see you doing it)
6) before going to talk, tap your temples three times with your index finger... it will help you concentrate.
