For sure a CHI straightener. It doesn't fry your hair even if you use it daily. I've been straightening my hair with one for about a year now almost everyday and people say my hair is really soft and healthy looking
Head and Shoulders and Pantene are really good shampoos and conditioners. Pantene has a lot of conditioners that moisturize your hair.
If you're really desperate for conditioned hair, buy some good hair dye, or if someone you know dyes their hair, ask them if they have any, and use the conditioner that comes with it. They don't sell it, but it's magic.
If your hair frizzes when you straighten it, I like John Frieda's Frizz-Eaze. Put it in your hair after you shower and it doesn't frizz :)

Hey, a good straightening "Gel" is Revelon Straight or Revelon Heat GLide(which prtects your hair when straightening.) A good straightener is Remmington Wet 2 Straight. Good shampoos are the Abba brand.

here is what i use

1)treseme ( i think thats how u spell it) shampoo and conditioner
2) rusk straighener
3) aquage straighening spray and straighening gel.

the aquage stuff makes my hair even smoother then before i straightened it. my hair is really bumpy and wavy and that straightener is great! ask your hair cutter to teach you how to straighner your hair correctly!

I have very curly hair. I used to go to the salon and get it set with rollers then blow dried. However, last winter I discovered the wonders of a straightening iron. They're great. I simply wash my hair, appply some anti frizz serum (Frizz Ease by John Frieda works well). Next I blow dry my hair, just a crazy dry no brushing just make it dry. Then I take 1 section at a time and put it through the straightening iron and it comes out pin straight with a nice shine. I think the irons with ceramic plates work best. Good luck.

hey!! alright, sounds like we have the same hair... mine is really long, thick and wavy. If I put lots of gel in it and scrunch it, it gets curly. If I blow dry it and straighten it, it gets really straight. If I let it air dry... well it gets frizzy and wavy in some spots... groossss!! lol but everyone tells me my hair is really soft and nice so I think I can help!

Ok so anyway, I personally switch between 2 shampoos and conditioners... pantene smooth and sleek (green bottle) and John Freida's brilliant brunette. I shampoo twice (you can do it once... depends on your hair) and then i comb my hair in the shower. Then I apply the conditioner, mostly to the ends and comb it thru to spread it everywhere. Let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse it off. Finally, rinse your hair with COLD water... it does wonders!!

Comb your wet hair and squeeze out excess water. Spray aussie leave in conditioner/heat protectant (purple bottle... like 3 dollars)! Blow dry it the way you normally do... I usually brush the whole time because it helps to make my hair straighter. Then, I use the best straightener ever... it's called Remington Wet to Straight. You can find it for about 30 bucks at wal mart. You can use it on wet hair, but I don't because it takes too long. But even on dry hair, it takes out any left over moisture leaving it totally frizz free!! It's the most important tool for getting my hair straight and frizz free!!

If your hair is really dry, it is good to do a deep conditioning treatment at home once every week or 2. Also, make sure to get your hair cut every 3 to 4 months to get rid of the dead ends and keep it healthy!! :) hope that helped!

hey, to your hair hair pin straight youll need a good and expensive straightener. walmart specials will not do the trick lol. youll need a straightener costing at least 100 dollars. also good namebrands help. for products use whatever you like. just make sure the straightening balm, shampoo, and conditioner all are the same namebrand. cait♥
