I want to use tampons but im scared to do so, my friends are always like "have you used one yet" and they say its easer and not go gross but im scared.

I like tampons a LOT better than pads. Their easy to use & you can't even feel them like you can pads. I'd recommend TAMPAX PEARL. Their comfortable to put in, unlike the cardboard ones - OUCH! If you have a woman such as a mother or guardian that you feel comfortable with, talk to her about it. There isn't anything to be scared about, their pain free! It's okay to be nervous but in the end, their really worth it! ♥

Well Hi, I was wondering if i should go out with my ex-boyfriend again? I broke up with him for a dumb reason but he still likes me and i feel bad.

No, you shouldn't date him again because you "feel bad." Never let guilt make you be with someone you don't want to be with. If you do still like him & want to be with him, then go for it! If not, just let him know you'd like to just stay friends. Never lead him on though, that just causes more heartbreak. ♥

im 18 yrs and its been 8 months with my boyfriend...i want to tell him that and prove him that i dont love or have any feelings for my ex boyfriend how can i tell him in a way he could believe it??

After 8 months he should definitely believe that. But, guys are always self conscious and are afraid of being left for an ex. If you still talk to your ex, I'd advise you to stop. Because even just being friends with him could cause a number of thoughts running through your boyfriends head. That will also prove that you really are over him & can live without him. Tell him little things like "I've never been this happy with anyone" or "You've been the best boyfriend to me than anyone else has." Little things like that will make your boyfriend realize "Gee, she really does only have eyes for me." Good luck, I'm having the same problem lol. ♥

First off, whatever you do don't tell the kid you love him. That will just scare him. Having a crush and loving someone is two completely different things. Now, the only way to find out if he likes you is to try and talk to him. OR you could just talk to his friends and see what they know about him. Befriend him first, then see where that takes you. Just be yourself & get to know him. ♥

Welcome to the world of reality. I learned this the hard way also, that there is no such thing as a "best friend" because eventually they will all either A) turn on you, B) talk about you behind your back, or C) use you. So don't worry about it because shes just like every other so called "best friend" out there. If it bothers you about what she said, confront her about it & just stop being friends with her. Forgiving her is not the answer because no one really ever changes. Sorry girl, it's tough but it's for the best. ♥

It's both true and false. I can go to a big mall that has a MAC & buy really good make-up but MAC is also REALLY expensive. Then I could go to Walmart and buy really good make-up that isn't expensive at all. Prices just come from brand names to be honest. Now, there are some make-up items that you can find at Walmart for like $1-$3 and their not really that good =/

actually like the NYC compact eyeshadows. It's
not expensive & works really well.

Well I'm a girl with naturally wavy/curly hair and i straighten it all the time. But as soon as it gets humid it poofs up big time. I hate it. Is there any hair products anyone could suggest that stops that from happening?

I live in Virginia, and the humidity is TERRIBLE in the summer because it gets so hot here. I always straighten my hair & I never understood why it always poofed up and got all wavy and ugly looking lol. But I bought a new straightener [Remington Wet To Straight] and it helped a lot. It didn't fix it completely though. So I bought Humidity Protecting shampoo & conditioner which worked really well. Go to any store that sells hair products and look for humidity protecting shampoo.

Also, I bought the Tresseme heat protecting spray that I spray on my hair when it's damp before I straighten it. It helps keep your hair healthy even after straightening it and it protects it from humidity and the sun lightening it.

I'm planning to get one since we travel quite a lot.
I'm looking for one that's decent priced, has a long lasting battery (so if I'm on a plane) and isn't too big, but not too small either.

My first place I would look would be Walmart, because I know they have decent prices on electronics. If you don't find one that you like, try places like Best Buy, Circuit City, Radio Shack. When you go in just tell the salesman that you are looking for a decent priced portable DVD player that is good on batteries. Let him know that you plan on using it for a plane and they will tell you how long the battery usually lasts in all of them. Good luck! ♥

Their both side bangs, but the second picture is a more dramatic side bangs. The bangs start higher back than normal ones do and their actually called side swept bangs.

I'm in Cosmetology & I've learned all the different cuts and stuff.

When you go to a salon, go to a well-known salon. Ask for the cutting specialist that way you know that your hair will be done by someone good.

Tell them you would like a short layered haircut with side swept bangs. Print out the pictures and take them into the salon with you. It's easier for myself when someone brings in a picture of what they want better than just telling me.

Kay, so lately my hair has had this majorrrr problem with being static-y?! Haha. I don't know why, and more importantly, I don't know how to stop ittt ! :[

03. My hair is naturally pretty curly.

Buttt, I've never had this problem before except for in the winter.

Actually, I've been in Cosmetology for two years & they reccomend not to use dryer sheets too often. Once in a great while is alright but the chemicals in the dryer sheets causes damage to your hair & it removes all of the natural oils in your hair needed to make your hair shiny.

For static & frizzy hair, I recommend investing in a Remington Wet to Straight hair straightener. I have one and ever since I've been using it, all of the frizziness & static hasn't been an issue anymore. Also, depending on where you live, humidity could be causing your hair to have a lot of static. Try using a shampoo & conditioner that says "Humidity Protector." I use Tresseme Heat Recovery shampoo & conditioner and it works really well.

My hair's blonde, thin, frizzy, and damages too easily. =( I dont know what to do with it, it's too hard to manage. Do you know any good products?? If you have any tips, that'd be really helpful too. Thanks so much =D

First of all, if you bleach/dye your hair blonde, you need to stop until your hair gets healthy again. I bleached my hair for a year straight & never cut it, but it was damaged so bad it was up to my shoulders from breaking off & I had hair past my chest! I use Tresseme Heat Repair shampoo & conditioner. Also, Tressem has the spray you can spray onto your hair when it's damp before you straighten/blow dry/curl your hair. I have all three products and my hair is finally getting healthy and it's grown a lot! I hope it works out for you love! ♥

ok, well i use the redken product for a heat protector for my hair..but my hair is always frizzy even though i use that. can anyone give me any tips to make it not frizzy? thanks!

I use Tresseme heat protector spray & it works really well for frizzy hair. Also, if you straighten your hair, invest in a Remington Wet To Straight. Because it takes a lot of the frizziness out of your hair as you straighten it! Good luck! ♥

this whole month we have barely talked.
he got kicked out of his house and his cell phone was disconnected so he stayed at a friends house (we live in different states by the way) and he would call me some nights and it was really hard cause we used to talk on the phone everynight and fall asleep on it together and then i kinda got used to tlaking to him like 3 times a week and then like 2 weeks later his aunt let him come back and he promised me we would tlak more. and that never happened. and then he just got a job and his hours are really lame. its from like 5pm-12am and im up till like 3 always and he told me a couple times he would call me after work. that never happened either. and when he would get home and would post bullitens and it would be like 1 in the morning saying lets chill ill come pick you up. and you wouldthink since we barely talk anymore he would take the time to talk to me instead of go with his friend which he is alaysss with. its like he doesnt have the time for me anymore. and its hurting me. and i told him that. and he doesnt seem to do much about it. we used to talk everyday alll the time. now im lucky if i even get to tlak to him for 5 minutes aday.
i spill my heart out for him alwayss and i get nothing in return except my heart breaking more and more each day. he always tells me im never going to lose him and he loves me so much.
i need help. i dont know what to do :[

Oh man. This is why I will always believe that long distance relationships will never work out. When people have a long distance relationship, it normally only works out if your an older couple & have been dating for a couple years & fully trust eachother. I can really relate to you, because I dated a guy for 2 years but then found out I had to move at the end of one of the summers we was together. Well after two years of dating it was like omg i'm never gonna get to see him again. But I mean at first we did talk everyday. But as time goes on, you'll start talking less and less and eventually just all together. I'm sorry but that is normally how it works out. I know it's long but please read... I need advice.

Hi I'm 17 f, and I've been talking to this boy for about 2 months out, and at the beginning he said he had a girlfriend and he wanted to talk to me as a friend but as time went on, of course we started liking each other. And now he tells me I'm the girl of dreams but like he doesnt know what to do because he has a girlfriend and he wrote me this really sweet love poem and he always tells me he loves me and he seems so serious but I can't tell. Then like I went to dinner with him for my birthday and he paid for my food and even got me the cheesecake he knew I liked and he kept kissing me on the cheek the whole night and hugging me and everything, he even told me he loved me in real life. Aw, it seems like he's caught up in between both of YOU. He probably does really like you, but he might really like her & just doesn't want to hurt her feelings. Really, just sit him down and MAKE him listen to you. Let him know that your starting to really fall for him but you don't want to get hurt & that you're going to have to stop talking to him unless he breaks up with his girlfriend because it isn't fair to you at all. It's a pretty much "it's HER or ME" type of situation. He just needs someone to knock that into him and you need to do it. Don't let a guy lead you on like that. I have a month until school starts
& i hav an hour or two every day to lay out
Just be outside, swim, read magazines, etc.

I was wondering, when is the best time of day to get tan? Is tanning oil a good or bad idea? Any tips? How long should i stay in the sun? How long does it take to get your face tan?

Well depending on where you live & how hot it gets there, it's normally best to not stay out between 10-2 for too long because thats the hottest part of the day. If you plan on being outside all day, use sunblock!!! If you just are out there for an hour or two you can use tanning oil because unless your REALLY white with no tan, you shouldn't burn.

Your face is normally one of the first things that tan.

When I tan, I normally stay out for about 2 hours on my back. Then I go inside and grab something to drink and/or eat, cool off, and go back out for another two hours on my stomach!

im 15 and im alwayssssss tired.
no matter if i get 12 hours of sleep or 5
i find myself taking a nap everyday.
and the other day i took a 6 hour nap. and thats wayyy too long.
a couple months back i was sick and very weak and stuff so my mom took me to the doctor and they didnt know what i was, but i got over the cold
and they tested me for animea but i didnt have it
and she asked me if i was depressed and im not
and idk why im always tired and its kinda annoying now.
like i have summer school so i wake up at 630 and then get home at around 1245 and then ill eat something and around 2ish ill take a nap till around 6 or 7.
and its a constant repeating thing.
what can i dooo?

Well I use to have the same problem. But mine was caused from Depression. However, I just love sleeping :] Some things I've learned that keeps me awake are getting out & doing something with friends. If your active, your body is active. If your just sitting and/or laying around, your body will begin feeling tired causing you to feel sleepy. Try going to bed at the same time every night & waking up at the same time. Eat breakfast because that is what gives your body the energy throughout the day! ♥

so lets say i have the short "scene" girl hair (i know i sound like a poser but i can't think of a way to describe it other than the longest layer just goes a bit past my shoulders and its massively layered.}
i want the extensions to make my hair look big, like 18" ones... but how many do i buy? do i just buy one pack or do i have to buy like alot of them different lengths?

if i buy one wouldn't my hair look really sketchy becuase it'd be like really long layer of hair then really short at the top?

I've had the glue in extensions, and I really do not recommend them. The glue will NOT come out of your hair & the glue remover does NOT work. If you are planning on the clip in ones, they always get lose & feel lose and fall out easily. However, if you still want them, go to Sally's and they have one pack of 18" ones. Just one pack works, because It's a LONG row & you have to cut it into strips that fit your head. And you can cut them and layer them like real hair. ♥
