However, I just love sleeping :] Some things I've learned that keeps me awake are getting out & doing something with friends. If your active, your body is active. If your just sitting and/or laying around, your body will begin feeling tired causing you to feel sleepy. Try going to bed at the same time every night & waking up at the same time. Eat breakfast because that is what gives your body the energy throughout the day! ♥ [ LiLMAMAx's advice column | Ask LiLMAMAx A Question ]
Kori15 answered Thursday July 24 2008, 2:37 am: Your situation sounds like there may be something "medically" wrong, but if the doctor says no then i suppose not.
Working out (exercising) usually works the best to give you more energy. Although you will be tired the first few times you work out, in the long run exercising will give you more energy to stay up. So basically you won't need so much sleep.
Also, you may want to check your eating habits. The more things that you eat that are good for you will also provide you with more energy. Fruits and vegetables are what they call "candy thats good for you". Basically, fruits and vegetables can provide your body with the same energy that candy/caffeine, but doesn't have the horrible crash later on in the day.
