well, if you don't think he'll believe you, make sure he does. just convince him in everyway possible. talk to him and make it clear that your ex is outta your life. say that he's the one and only guy you're in love with. if that doesn't work, then maybe yall have trust issues. or maybe its jsut him. but there's gotta be a problem if a guy has trouble trusting his boyfriend.
good luck!!

Well, by 8 months you should have proved to him that if you wanted your ex you would be with him and not your current boyfriend.
Just sit down and explain to him that he means everything to you, and that if you wanted your ex you would be with him.
Hope I helped. ]
After 8 months he should definitely believe that. But, guys are always self conscious and are afraid of being left for an ex. If you still talk to your ex, I'd advise you to stop. Because even just being friends with him could cause a number of thoughts running through your boyfriends head. That will also prove that you really are over him & can live without him. Tell him little things like "I've never been this happy with anyone" or "You've been the best boyfriend to me than anyone else has." Little things like that will make your boyfriend realize "Gee, she really does only have eyes for me." Good luck, I'm having the same problem lol. ♥ ]
Just tell him. Sending signals or playing tricks is not going to work. The only definite way as I see it is to just tell him that you are over your ex. Heck, it's been 8 months with your boyfriend; if you really wanted to be with your ex boyfriend, I think you would have been with him by now.
If you flat out tell your boyfriend and he doesn't believe you, well there's not much you can do. You were truthful with him, and the fact that he may not trust you should be an indication of your future with him.
