What do Americans speak? I know that people from England speak English but I've always called what I spoke English. I'm in the United States though, not from England so I'm not English. Am I still considered to be English-speaking or is it referred to as something else? I'm confused
American speak American. The true Language of Britton comes from the spoken words of the Brittish Empire. The Queen. To speak the Queens english is to pronounce each word correctly. It is impropper to use slang or to swear. Now many town in Britton have various accents and some don't say the words properly at all this is the character of individual towns. You can tell where they are from by the words they speak the accent they use. A bit like New Yorkers sound different to The Southerners in Texas or New Oleans. I'm 8 generations Aussie by the way. I am a sophomore in college, and I go to a smaller school. I am going to become an Avon representative and I was just wondering if anyone could give me some tips to become successful.

So you have to leave thier book where ever there are lots of women. get a map of your area draw a 5,10.15,20 km radius circle & work that location. there should be schools community centres Child care centres libruary super markets. I new a woman who represented Nutrometics similar to Avon however she devised a plan that got her the top sales award. She made a box and got a pad of entry forms "WIN A NUTRAMETICS PARTY". when you filled out the forms she had everyones address and everyone was the winner. funny that. it worked for her and she was very successful and one 2 weeks in Hawaii. So, I got my period early and accidentally bled a little bit on my jeans and one pair of my panties (duh, right?). I was wondering how I can get the blood stains out...anyone have a good method or product to remove stains?
Blood is a protien base so soak in icy cold water this shrinks the cells you can rub some concentrated laundry liquid over the stain while soaking Nappy San is good to soak in then scrub with a nail scrubber brush. You can also buy small bottles of stain removers in the super market take awy all the hard work. The stain may take a few washes to go away but it will go away eventually. Good luck

i have been through so much in the past year, that the truth is, i just don't know how i've been able to do it all. I've been trying to fight an eating disorder for the past year. Close to full recovery, right after the day I graduated from high school, my mother decides to tell me that i'm adopted. i started college in the summer, because i enrolled for summer b, before i knew my mom was going to tell me that. so, right after graduation, she tells me that, i get back into my eating disorder, and i have to start school right away. i started school extremely depressed. i didn't know who i was anymore, or where i came from. two weeks after that, i find my biological family, and i discovered way too many things. some were good, some were bad. but the bottom line is, that i'm a little bit depressed. there has been a lot more going on in my life. this is just an overview. i can't do it anymore. sometimes, i get so depressed, i can't go to school. my mother treats me like an infant. i'm in freakin college, and i love my mother so much, but it pisses me off. i constantly have to remind her that i'm not a baby. i'm so upset and i hate my life so much. its like nothing makes me happy. i honestly don't know what to do, and i wish i could just not go to school or anything, but i fear that it will make it worst. can anyone give me any type of advice? i use to be a happy girl... and i now i can barely remember what it feels like to be happy.

You can't change other people or the past but you can change the future. I had an anorexia thing going on for 2 yrs I was 36 I was punishing my self by not nourishing my body. It's a sad way to beat yourself up. My Grand father was told on his wedding day he was adopted. Talk about bad timing but he survived. So will you. Your drepression is not your fault, Anti depressants will solve your sadness & bring you a joy just like you remember. Please take yourself to your Dr. and get a script.

okay so here is my problem... I had my peirod two weeks ago and normally they are a good 4-6 days but mine was only two days and i just spotted for 2-3 days after and week ago I noticed my boobs started to hurt. I dont know if it could be pregnancy or something else cause i have also been more moody than normal and i sometimes feel bloated. Im trying not to jump to conclusions so what other thigns can cause these symptoms?
I used to get sore bossoms particularly in the one spot But I have had 3 kids. so I got my husband to... what we call "make the bread". he basicly cup my bossom and roll clockwise and anticlock wise this helped. The pill can cause period disruptions if you take them incorrectly. Okay, I am a band geek, forever and always, and a lot of controversy stirs up whenever I talk about how hard it is. People always say band isn't a sport but in a lot of ways we are more advanced than a sport, we practice everyday for 5 hours starting at 8 am going to 1.. in the SUMMER! We practice Tuesdays and Thursday's after school for 2 and a half hours, the beginning of that practice consists of yoga to get your muscles ready to march and some running to pump up your adrenaline AND NO water breaks! We have performances Fridays at football games and Saturdays for Cavalcades, cavalcade mornings, man oh man, we must arrive at 8 am, practice three hours then we go home until report time when we go back for more practice before we actually perform. At after school practices we must memorize music which are 2 pages long usually each band plays three songs, so that's 6 pages of music to memorize. We also must learn our sets, which is where we stand in the show and that's usually 20 sets a song so that's 60 different spots on the field we need to learn, and believe me each set isn't "okay you stand on the 50 yard line" it's "2.5 steps inside the front sideline hash and 3.75 steps outside side 2 35 yard line." It's confusing, plus you need to learn different routes to take so you don't run into other band members. We also need to learn the exact beat our horn goes up to the box and how long it needs to stay up or how long or short we need to halt. It gets hard at cavalcades because there is a judge in your face saying things into a recorder but you can't look him/her in the eyes then they will deduct points for not watching your drum major. If anyone thinks band isn't a sport or matter of factly, more than a sport than you're ridiculous. What's your take?
Thank you for pointing out just what it takes to be a band member. I see them on the T.V. all the time in movies. I have been quite ignorant as to the level of training & dicipline it takes to reach high quality levels of performances. I had now idea. Not everyone can play an instrument so give yourself a pat on the back. Listen to the music of today it's just not thier style and they just don't want to get your style. You can't please everyone so don't even try, you just please yourself. You may be a music teacher or play a concerto someday. keep up the good work.

You know what they say if pain persist see your Doctor. That a long time to have a head ach my friend. Migrains are very painful and can last for days you see a white dot infront of you where ever you look you have to be in quiet zones like bed and in the dark to get any kind of relief and can even make you nauseous. I have had a few in my life not many but if I get a head ace I pressure punture the web of skin above my thumb joint there is a nerve there that relieves headace. so me and my gf plan on moving in together. She babysits for her roomate who really doesnt deserve kids because she is always working and when she gets home she goes to bed she puts them to bed also. So my gf is stuck watching them most of the time. When we move out she said she will prolly have to still do it because of a program (long story but yeah) and I wanna move out and start our own family is she gona be stuck with the kids all the time and the little one shes kinda attached to she said he would stay atleast one night a week and sleep in our bed and the way we would sleep is he would be on her side and shed be cuddling up next to him and I would be pretty much sleeping alone on my side of the bed. Does your GF get paid? if so her roster should be fixed 8.5 hours eg: start 9.am finish 5.30 or what ever her shift covers and stick with it. ask for overtime if longer. Is The mother working night/shift? THE MOTHER does not go to BED and leave your GF to put kids to sleep. I don't care how tired she is this is unaceptable and irrsponsible of the mother. Who is the parent here? the kids get confused about 2 mums in their lives they pick the one that nurtures because thats what they need now. If you do have the little one stay at your house after you move I highly recommend you give the child his/her own bed the child needs her/his own sancuary so do you two. In Australia parents are subsidised to send our kids to day care centres while one works. I personally had a day job I picked the kids up just before 6pm. this worked out well us. Try and teach your kids to get to bed early, bath them feed them at 5.30 6pm latest in bed by 7.pm vigilance is the key to sucess with kids routine. Kids need routine this is a powerful comfort zone for them it's up the the adults around them to provide this for them. Initiate a meeting with the mother & girlfriend over coffee discuss a plan of action. If you fail to come to some arrangement & you are at all concerned for the childrens welfare the "child welfare" can step in and deal with her. Good luck.

Ok so, I have a best friend, let's call him Nathan. We have been best friends for 4 years. I love being around him, he's funny and smart and just an all around good person. I just had my son a little over a year ago. Before his birth, I was average weight for my height. It seems like ever since though, I have been doing nothing but GAINING weight!
