ThirdQED answered Monday September 28 2009, 6:01 am: No, you are not fat. If your "104 pound" is supposed to be "140 pounds," then yeah, that's overweight. But if you meant what you've typed, then no, you are not.
And you are not underweight either. The previous answer by columnist Chakra and the chart that she provided are not wrong, but they're not correct either. It's because that chart is for adults, 18 years or older--you are still a 14-year-old girl. That chart doesn't apply to you for now, maybe 4 years later it will. You can go down to 100 pounds and still not underweight yet.
Just use your own judgement about your body. It's your own body; you should know. If you think you cannot trust your own judgement, ask your mother. She definitely knows. [ ThirdQED's advice column | Ask ThirdQED A Question ]
chakra answered Monday September 28 2009, 4:59 am: Far from it, you are actually under weight.
If you look at this chart, you will see that you are 5 ft 6 and 7.6 stone, which means you actually need to put on half a stone just to be in the OK section.
