it can be several things. no one is really sure. more than 1/2 of these relate to cameras, since polar bears are not solid white, but the flash makes them, but others dont. many people think air, but i dont think it is.

Hey. I am 13 years old, 165 ilbs.[ 5'0 ] I hate it. My mom signed me up for a local gym, to exercise. My DREAM is in the summer, to wear a bikini. I WOULD KILL. Alright, so if I start March 19, 2007. Lets see. I need a rotine.

Breakfast- What if i eat a banana or Special K? or a banana or an apple?

Then we have Break during school. - around 10:00. What can i bring? 100 calorie pack?

Lunch- I NEVER eat lunch during school. I never bring my lunch. our school lunch is discusting. We dont have a microwave or refrigerator. So, should what should i bring? What should i eat on the weekend?

Then, when i get home at 3:00 me and my mom go out to eat. She promised to change that. But I am really hungry by then. What should I eat?


Dinner- Can you give me a website with healthy recipes for dinners. My mom will cook them.

breakfast- have special K with strawberries (very low calories)

break- the 100 calorie packs are good :) also, bring fruit on some of the days instead.

lunch- bring tuna on half a pita bread thing. also, go for wheat bread. Have fruit again too!

i think that you should do weight watchers! it brings good results. excercise is key though. the gym is great! by june, i dont know how much weight you will lose, but it may be a good amount!

whenever I put up an away message on AIM, it doesn't say that I'm away. When you look at my profile, the away message shows up but it says that i'm available. does anyone know what's wrong with it? pepole will im me thinking i'm there, when I'm not an it'd really annoying. thanks!

go to setup on the bottom of your buddylist >> preferences >>> away message >>> auto respond and insert into profile make sure that is checked.

Does anyone have any tips on dealing with huge amounts of anger? Lately I've been sooooo angry at even the littlest thing and it upsets the people I love and I don't know how to fix it. Suggestions? And seeing a therapist isn't exactly an option at this point.

When you get angry, pause for 10 seconds, and regain thought. If it is getting completely out of hand, and you want to punch someone, take a walk, or go outside, or punch a pillow.

Once you've deleted everything to the trash can on your computer, and then deleted everything from the trash can, is it PERMINATLY gone from your computer? Like, people can't find it after you've deleted it from the trash and everything? Please let me know ASAP!

Make sure you delete it from the trash can, and recycle bin (if they are different on your computer). as long as they are not in your history, then you are fine=]

someone broke into my house a while back and took our car 3 times and now im nervious like all the time and i think he will do i again im 17 and i know its weird but im nervios any advice would be great

Take extra security measures
- alarm every door, window, and car.
- hide the car keys in a secret spot
- do not leave any spare keys outside
-get a set of new locks
- Get a security system where if someone intrudes, it automatically calls 911.
- if you hear suspicious activity, lock whatever you can and hide in a basement, or even an attic if possible. Hide somewhere where you are not visible. Also, lock up anything expensive, like jewelry, or money of some sort, in a little vault with a combonation. Store that in a closet.

I just had surgery and one of my cuts isn't fully closed on the outside. the inside is, of course. I have a green pus/gunk on the incission. It's near my bellybotton because i had liproscopic (sp) surgery. anyways, when i put an obsorbant on it, (fyi, toliet paper, cottonball, stuff like that) it obsorbs green stuff. i'm not sure if my other 2 incission are infected, and connot use them to detirmine if my one is, because they still have the tape my doc put on them on them. yes, she just taped me up, my mom assumes she just sewed the inner part. Do you think it's infected?

Please be aware that no one on this site can diagnose you with anything, though we can give you our opinions. In my opinion, I think that it is infected, and I would call a doctor and schedule an appointment. If it is not treated, it can get worse and worse. You do not want that!

I was on my computer one day and I clicked itunes and my whole music library was deleted.
i didnt erase anything.
Is there anyway to restore it or get it back?
Or atleast is there a way so when I plug it in,it doesnt erase alll my songs?

check the recycle bin- that is where most people's music goes. also, if you have 2 different windows accounts, check both itunes. the songs could have erased and synced,

Are there any home remedies for a scratchy throat? I'm also starting to loose my voice. I can't take any time off school, I already missed about 10 days. [From surgery]

hi, well im 15, and male. im going to do work experience in may, which is organised by the school, and i might have to go for an interview. im probabaly going to get a resterant. I would go in a niced dress shirt, or a nice polo shirt. Also, wear khaki pants. They look really nice. Just look professional, and everything will be fine- dress to impress, but not too much!

I'm really self concious and I'm not the best in styles so I have to look at everything because I might think I look great in this dress but everyone else might think it's a bad style or colour for me.

I'm a 32C (in bras) and its nearly impossible to find one (I just grew out of a B).

I have 2 bras from American Eagle.. but that's all I could find...
