So I have Rogers for my internet and I keep getting this message:

It is talking about how much you have downloaded from the internet.
Let us say that you watch a full length movie on-line. If you watch it in high quality mode, it can use up 1GB (GigaByte or 1 billion bytes.)
So if you were to watch 25 movies just like that, your internet company would begin charging you extra for everything else you downloaded. Why? Because you went over the limit that they set for your account.
Right now, you are being charged $2.50 extra on your bill for each 1GB of information you download from the internet.
You should call them and see if they have an un-limited plan you can switch to if you always download a bunch from the internet.
You don't have to worry about text based things like advicenators. Consider this: 1GB = 1 BILLION letters on your screen. (Simplified example.)
abcdefghij=10Bytes.
The limit you hit = 25 BILLION letters worth. That is a bunch of letters! :-)
So how did it happen?
Well, the things that eat through that limit quickly are:
Videos (If you spend 4 hours on youtube you can use up 2-4GB in just those 4 hours.)
Music (Streaming music sites like pandora)
Filesharing (The worst one. Example limewire)
Some on-line games are pretty bad but far less than the others I have listed.
In summary: Your internet connection only allows you to download so much information off the internet (25GB worth) after which they charge you more ($2.50 for each extra GB until it hits $50 worth) until next month's bill begins.

Let me suggest the following:
Contact Volunteers of America in your area, and let them know what you are interested in.
Did you know that places like museums, zoos and nature preserves utilize volunteers to give tours and such? Nothing quite like having to walk, handle kids and present for a solid half hour to sharpen your game.
There are literally thousands of volunteer spots you could perform while sharpening your skills.
Any place that gives tours, and isn't a for-profit enterprise, will probably have a slot for you. You will have to prove yourself, but once you do, you will be welcome as often as you are able.
When I was in school, debate was the best thing ever. I believe team and solo debate should be required to graduate, as few things you will learn in school will do more for you in the world than being able to see both sides of a situation while presenting yourself in a professional manner.
So what do tours have to do with debate class? Well, nothing prepares you for the unexpected debate question like a toddler asking why the one elephant is "climbing" the other one. ;-)

Borderlines don't go out and look for help... there is something wrong with the world, not them, so everybody else has to change to suit them.
Kinda like the way you want the rules changed just for you, when nobody else is having any trouble reading.
As for why the rating is there? Well, it is there to mark people who are deliberately abusive.
As for being mad... Not hardly. I feel sorry for you, and hope that you are able to get this attitude trouble sorted before grown-up life begins.
Can you imagine this: You get a job in an office. One day you staple your hand to some papers, and rather than say: "Ooops, made a mistake here." ... you run around the office screaming: "Why oh WHY did you put staples in the stapler if you didn't want me stapling my hand to papers?!?!"
"This is all (insert someone else you can blame)'s fault! They didn't warn me that if I put a stapler on my hand and pushed down really hard it would hurt!" Well, that is because everyone in the office thought you were smarter than that.
Same deal here. Thousands of users, and you are the only one who is having trouble with the very simple rules we use to protect people here.
We all thought you were smart enough to figure it out, just like everyone else did. Silly as it may be, I still hold out hope that you will calm down and realize there is nothing to get upset about here.
You stapled your proverbial hand to the papers. Don't blame anyone else. Take responsibility for your own actions, and people, perhaps, in time, will respect you as an intellectual peer.

A crafting supply store like Joann's or Michael's Crafts would probably have both items.
My question would be why you would want to do this? When you play poker, the colors are representative of the value of each chip. Everyone agrees at the beginning of the game what these values are.
If you are going to use them for something else, let me know in feedback what that might be and weather the chips are clay or plastic and I will see if I can find anything else to help you.

You would need to video capture the output from your Xbox360 when the part you want to use plays, then you could insert that video file where you want in the timeline of the video you are editing.
If you don't have the ability to capture video from your Xbox 360, then maybe you have a friend who has a video capture card?
If not, see if you can find the video you want on-line. I don't know what the copyright situation would be on something like that, so be sure to look into it before you use it.

Were going to Washington/virgina in somewhere called mc lean and were staying at the Hilton hotel. I know it's by/on Tyson corner. Soni was wondering, what is there to do there?were only going because my brother is going on a class trip. Anyway, we plan on going to Washington dc to seethe white house and like the Lincoln thing but that's about it, because were not to into history. So what else is there to do? I looked for just over an hour to find something that was going on while you were going to be there that might be of interest. Seriously, the only thing I could find was something it sounds like you might already know about.
You mention Tyson's corner which is supposed to be one of America's largest, most up to date and, by reputation, best malls.
Would you do me a favor please? When you get back from your trip, would you please consider answering this with what you found to do while you are there? I only ask because there is seriously very little if any information about this.
If you post your experiences, maybe the next person to visit McLean, VA will actually be able to find something to do while they are there! :-)

I'm making an invisionfree site for myself, and I find I'm having trouble with it. It's a z10 (first off, don't really know the difference in the numbers). And, when I went to the admin board to create the categories and forums, I didn't have any problems making them on the admin CP... but when I went back to the actual site they wouldn't show up. It looked like they didn't even exist really. Its been like two days too, and they're still on the admin CP, and set to visible, and everything looks all fine and dandy there, but I just. Don't. Get them on the board.

i have to write a 4 to 5 page research paper on the haggadah. And frankly, i looked online and theres not much i could write something that long of a paper on. I was thining what it meant to the jewish community or ways it survived all these years or the mysteries behind it. I would find one website or two but they would be like a paragraph long but im writing 4 pages about the topic! so i was wonering if anyone had any suggestions with links to website that give a LONG description of the topic. If I am renewing my drivers permit in another state (I moved to Arizona and its expired now), do I just go to the DMV and renew it (meaning they'd just take a new picture of me, etc) or do I have to take the drivers permit test all over again? Ive already checked their website, and I cant find any information. (link)

The best thing to do here is to call the Arizona DMV and ask them what the process to transfer your drivers license/permit would be.
They have different laws in each state, and they may even be different depending on which state you came from originally.

I have a few questions about driver's ed on Oahu. So, what are the rules and regulations of those that have a driver's/learner's permit (and what's the difference between a driver's and a learner's?)? Do you need to have a person with a driver's lisence in the front seat with you? Or can he/she only a permit? I've been asking/google searching around but I'm not getting the answers I want... The thing to do is go to the DMV and get the manual. The thing you study for the tests. It has most of these answers for you. Any other answers can be had by asking the people who work there, since that is what they are there to do: help you. :-)
As for the learner's permit, that is an easy one, but the laws are different where you are than here so the ages will probably be different. Here, you can get a permit at 15 and you can get a license at 16. You also HAVE TO HAVE a permit for one year before you can get a license.
With a permit, you are only allowed to drive when there is someone 25 or older in the car with you. You may never have anyone under 21 in the car with you as a passenger. You have to keep a curfew of 10pm and if you are caught out after then your permit is taken away... so no license for you.
A driver's license is just that. You get to drive without someone else there to watch out for you. Here, you can't have anyone under 18 in the car until you are 18 yourself. But those laws are different in pretty much every state.
As you can see, this isn't a simple question and that is why it wasn't answered sooner. The only real answers will come from talking with the people at your local DMV either in person or on the phone.

Hi, for those of you who live on Oahu and went through with the update that took place last Saturday, March 13, 2010. By chance, do you know how to retrieve a home phone's previous voice message (you know, that personal message you create that tells the caller to leave a message)? My parents and I really would like to have the original message back instead of creating a new one, as "required", because I recorded it when I was in 5th grade and it has extreme sentimental value. Yes, I have called customer service but apparently it's "closed and you may call back tomorrow". I don't want to wait 'till tomorrow. Please help ASAP. (link)

The only thing I can suggest would be to find out if any of your relatives made a recording of it at some time and see if you can get a copy from them.

I'm planning on buying a PSP 3000 so I could hack it for BACKUP PURPOSES. I just find it easier to have all my games in one place and stuff, no worries I don't plan on pirating. Anyways when you buy the PSP 3000 fresh out of the store anyone have an idea what's its starting update? I heard you have to keep it at 5.03 so it can be hacked and anything above it won't work and the 3000 model isn't downgradeable yet. So when I buy it will the update be lower than 5.03? (link)

If you are buying a new one the stock firmware revision is going to be higher than that. 5.1, 5.22, 6.2, etc.
Some bundle packs still have old ones, with 4.21, but good luck finding one.
Best bet is to bye a used one from GameStop or someplace like that and verify the firmware revision before you purchase.
