Cheap or free iPod touch reminder app?

I want an app that like sends me a reminder every hour or whatever to do something type thing. Anyone know of any? Cheap or free..

Here are a couple ideas:

reQall is free with a paid option that lets you do things like sync your reminders with your google calandar and such.

The built in iPod calendar app has the ability to do reminders.

Also, I don't know if you are setting up medication reminders or something like that, but if you are, please check out this thread on metafilter:
