Hawaiian Telecom Update?

Question Posted Wednesday March 17 2010, 12:34 am

Hi, for those of you who live on Oahu and went through with the update that took place last Saturday, March 13, 2010. By chance, do you know how to retrieve a home phone's previous voice message (you know, that personal message you create that tells the caller to leave a message)? My parents and I really would like to have the original message back instead of creating a new one, as "required", because I recorded it when I was in 5th grade and it has extreme sentimental value. Yes, I have called customer service but apparently it's "closed and you may call back tomorrow". I don't want to wait 'till tomorrow. Please help ASAP.

The only thing I can suggest would be to find out if any of your relatives made a recording of it at some time and see if you can get a copy from them.

I hope Hawaiian Telecom will be able to help you.

Take care, and please let me know in feedback what happens and if you are able to get your message back, ok?
