Okay, if the guy has a girlfriend or two...it can't be more than an infatuation, and you can not push yourself onto him. Not that you would, as you're shy.
I doubt he feels the same way about you that you feel about him, as he has a girlfriend, but he probably likes you as a friend. Keep that friendship going. If his girlfriend(s) dump(s) him, you can be there to comfort him. That's all you can do for now. Good luck!

Your problem might be the one I used to have. I loved the chase, and then when I had a relationship looming, it stopped being interesting to me. You gotta think about it.

I think we both know that you're too young to take care of a baby. You need to sit your parents down in comfy chairs, or something, and calmly explain to them your situation. Ask them not to interrupt. It'll be harder to tell them if they do. If you really want to keep it, tell them. If I were you, though, I wouldn't. Too much stress, along with school...I wouldn't be able to do it, and I'm a strong sort. Tell them you want an abortion if you do, and ask them to help you. *Hugs to you* I hope I helped. My mom told me "The older you get, the less of an 'age difference' there is." When you're 13, 16 seems so long away. But when you're 43, 46 isn't too far behind. 2 to 4 years is not too big of a difference. If you were, like, 21and this guy was 13, there might be a bit of a problem...but I don't think that's what we're looking at. Age is not a big deal. It's a state of mind. =)

Don't worry about being flat, and yes it is possible. My boobs went from barely a size B to almost a size C over a matter of months.
There's no way to time it, or say how big you'll get. Don't push the boobs. Big boobs are a pain. I have friends who have back problems because of their boobs. Be happy with small ones. You're only twelve! You have so long to grow. Wait it out; you'll be fine.

Medium on the eyes. Maybe a smokey grey (if you have blue, grey, or green eyes, or a smokey brown if you have brown or hazel eyes. Go with a shiny gloss for your lips, but nothing sticky. make sure you have an eyeliner that matches your lashes (or your mascara). It'll draw attention to your beautiful eyes. (Hey, it worked for me!)
Or if you like your lips more than your eyes, go with just a light shimmery eyeshadow and maybe a slightly pink lipstick. I'd go for the eyes more, though.

Depends entirely on your height. If you're shortish, then you should be okay at that weight, but if you're a little taller, then you might want to consider bulking up a little. Lol.
