I really want to hang out with the guy I like (I'm 16/F)
I like this guy who I'm not really friends with, but we do talk occasionally. Usually we only talk about school-related things, so now that school's over, we haven't been talking a lot at all. I want to ask him to hang out with me one day during the summer (and hopefully have that one time evolve into more) but I don't know how to ask him.

Call him up, if you have his number, and say "Hey [name]. How's it going? It's [your name]." He responds... You go "Cool. You busy? I'm bored out of my skull and everyone's away or something. Wanna hang?"
If you put it to him casually like that, he should respond accordingly.

If you want to hang out, casually bring up hanging out together. If you have a pool, invite him AND some friends to swim... OR invite him to go to the movies with a group of boys and girls. Talk to him while yall are hanging out with everyone and maybe eventually it will turn into just yall two swimming or seeing a movie. Good luck!

Just talk to him like you usally do, then bring it up. Yall could go skating or bowling, or just hang out at one of yall's house.
