Q: I'm 13/f with long blonde hair. I'm getting my hair highlighted (a lighter blonde) in a few days and i was just wondering is it really really bad for your hair? Can highlighting it do permenant damage? I'm not sure if i still want it highlighted if it's gunna ruin my hair.

I got highlights in my hair and it didn't damage it and i am blonde... you should be find! Good luck

Well your 13.... well i hope you have your mom helping you... Umm.. a C-Section is less painful because they give you a spinal tap and your spine and stomach are numb so you can't feel it but all they do is cut your stomach open (down by your vigina) and pull the twins out. But you might be able to have a regular delivery, because it doesn't matter how tiny you are it is if you dialate right or not. Dialating is when your vigina expanes so the babies can fit through. Okay Steph sit your friend down and tell her that there are more guys in this world then that ONE! She is better off without him... And to be honest i went through the non eating stage when i got dumped.... If she doesn't eat tomorrow then tell her mom! It is important for her to eat and beleive me she is better with out him! Q: ok so i got those glasses with the plastic frames last year cuz i liked them (at the time). they r blue with sparkles. i got them from da adult section cuz they werent in the kids section. at the time i didnt realize that they were too big for my small face soo i never wear em anymore. im afraid people will make fun of me, so i dont risk it. im only supposed to wear them at school and at home watching tv or sumthin anyway but sometimes i feel like i cant see anything without it being blurry. i dont want to wear the glasses at school cuz they look bad on me but i need to c the board. last year i got bad grades cuz i couldnt see anything. please dont nag me for getting the glasses in the first place, i cant fix that now. its already been done. please, i dont want to wear them cuz i made fun of enough but i need to see. what should i do?

Tell your mom or dad and ask them if you can get contacts. That is the only thing to it. I have glasses that i don't like and i don't wear them but that isn't good because i can ruin my eyes doing that. But ask your parents about contacts.

Q: ok....my friend right now is suppose to help me hook up w/ this guy from our school...so far everything is good... he says im very attractive and he asked for my sn so i could talk to him some more and get to knw me. Well first off did something wrong happen already? Maybe this time will be different and plus ALWAYS think possitive! Okay here is how you catch his eye! When your around him flirt with him like touch his arm and compliment him on something and don't be nervous! Key point always think possitive and try not to be nervous around him. I hope i helped!

Q: I was with a guy for six months and we were so incredibly close, I've never been more close to anyone in my entire life. He told me he was in love with me and we had so many plans once I graduated because he will be this year. But this summer we took a break because something wasnt right. And I came back from Cali and he liked his ex gf who I absolutly hate. And she cheated on him three times when they were together before. And so it really pissed me off and now they have their little thing. And she seriosuly is straight up to God a big slut so yeah they can have their fun...

Right now I just want to get over him completely cause I have more damn respect for myself then to deal with that. So what are ways or little things I could do to get over him?

Well go and hang with your friends almost every nite and listen to music and sing your heart out! It is going to take you awhile to get over him and it will be hard on you if you see him again in a few days but hold it together your better then that! Just hang with your girls and try to find a new man and just flirt with the guys!

Well take a warm BATH! and soak in there a while like 30 min. or if you can't then put warm water in a water bottle and then lay down and put the water bottle (with the warm water in it) on the part that you have cramps in (tubby) i hope i helped!

Q: I had sex with my boyfriend about a month ago.. and since then my periods have been messed up. I got one at the beginning of July.. then I had sex.. and got it again in mid-july. Then.. I got it again today.. Is it nomal for ur period to be all outta wack after u have sex? or is something wrong?

It is normal, your cherry was popped so you were bleeding because of having sex. Unless you had sex before then i would go and see the doctor about this one.

Just leave them alone and this is normal your just growing and your skin is growing because your boobs are. Just wait a week or to and if it doesn't stop hurting then tell your mom.

Q: Wow, usually I give advice, not get it. Oh well. Lately, in the mornings, I've been getting really bad charly-horses, in my mid-calves. You know what a charly horse is, right? Yeah, it's like a major muscle cramp, and it hurts RELALY bad. They last for like a minute and a half, and I can rub my leg and it feels better, but I don't know. Is there any excersises or anything I can do to help that?

yeah i have this stuff i got it gets rid of pimples in like two days it is called, Tazorac, it is cream in a lil tube you use it right after you get a shower. I hope i helped
