I really want to run. Even if I run for five minutes or sometimes less I get really tired. I want to try to run, but when I run on my treadmill I get bored and don't feel like it. I don't want to run around my neighborhood because I don't want people to see me. And I don't want to go to a track because I don't want to embarass myself. What should I do?
the treadmill really sounds like the only solution for your problem, even though it may be boring. if you need to, position the tv so you can look at it while you're running, and concentrate on the show. people usually forget that they are running, or they don't notice when they get tired when their mind is on something else. once you're in okay shape, try getting some fresh air. you shouldn't be worried about people seeing you because at least you're out there trying to run! if your school has a track, try running with a friend after-school for a half an hour or so until you get the feel of it. hope i helped :) and good luck! getting in shape is tricky, but once you're there you feel great.
i'm a girl, and i'm 16 and i never used to masturbate but i recently discovered it.

he didnt wear a condom so i was afraid i would get pregnant.. but 4 days later i started taking the pill..(birth control not the day after pill)
which i THINK kills the sperm when you take it..
so there`s no chance i could be pregnant right?
I mean I was on my period, it was my first time, AND i started taking birth control 4 days later.
when you start birth control, the directions that come in it tell you to wait at least a month before having unprotected sex. just because you started taking it FOUR DAYS after you had sex does not mean you aren't pregnant. don't have sex without a condom, because you're just asking for it. & it doesn't "kill" the sperm.
So, basically I have these problem areas that I've been working on for atleast the past year. I guess you could call them "love handles", my abs, and my inner thighs. I do curl ups (like 100 a night), these one leg things like 25 a night, and i dont know what to do about myl ove handles. Oh, sometimes I run about a mile.
I don't know what to do anymore.
Nothing helps.

My boyfriend, Isaac, of 3 months, has been different lately. He doesn't call as often and he barely ever asks me to hang out .. i'm always the one asking him to hang out. (We see each other a few times a week.. but it keeps getting less and less.) My friend Nicolas was talking to Isaac (they are friends) and asking him how things were between me and Isaac. He asked Isaac if he was getting bored with me yet. Isaac said he wouldn't mind seeing me just once a week, and he didnt want Nicolas to think he was "pussy whipped." So Nicolas told me all of this. But the thing is, i dont know whether or not to believe it, because Nicolas also likes me and is jealous of me and Isaac. But I dont think he would lie, but its possible. But I'm going to assume it is the truth because it all makes sense. What should i do about Isaac? Should i just call him less and lay low for a while or what? Instead of Nicolas being the middle-man, go straight to isaac yourself. There's a chance your friend could be jealous, which could cause him to lie. So in order to be sure, you should really just ask your boyfriend to hang out, and then talk to him face to face. It's terrible to have serious conversations over the phone, because they could always be lying. That way, when you're in person with him you can see his facial reactions and see what he really means. It looks like this guy thinks more about what his friends think (referring to "pussy-whipped") rather than what he thinks.

Ok, so I caught my boyfriend (of 3 months) in a lie. But I haven't confronted him yet. See, on New Years, he came over, and told me he had to leave by 11:45 because his parents said he had to be home by 12 because it is illegal to drive past 12 if you are under 18. So I was sad because I couldnt be with him at midnight. A few days later, I found out that he actually went and spent the night at a friends house. Should I confront him about this lie? well that sucks. since you're just starting out in your relationship (3 months isn't that long) you should confront him about it, but don't act mad. that can come off as immature, but if you're upset about it, tell him. you could say "hey so did you have fun at your friends on new years?" and he'd probably forget he lied and tell you about it. OR, he could say you were suspicious and be offended (even though you're right).. either way, you need to talk to him about it!

yes, it's true, which means it's also correct. around the 14th day of your menstrual cycle, you're ovulating. that means that your body is releasing an egg, so if you have sex around that day, then you have a higher chance of getting pregnant! hope i helped :)

if he sticks his hand in your pants, he will most likely start to rub you, or finger you. either way he will find out you have a tampon in, and you might want to warn him ahead of time so that it doesn't gross him out. i wouldn't wait until you are making out, just say "wow i've got really bad cramps, i hate being a girl!" or something along those lines and if he has a brain he'll figure it out. :) i wouldn't wait until you're making out because that may ruin the moment. if you have any other questions feel free to ask.

it's actually, don't eat after 6 if you don't want to gain weight. if you eat, your body can't really do much with the food, and then it just sits there and you can't burn it off. it doesn't matter if it's healthy, it's still food.
also, if you eat before you go to bed, you can be restless because your body is trying to digest the food, which could lead to pretty crappy sleep.

yes it's possible for girls to have wet dreams, but if you're getting it all the time, then that's just normal discharge. if the amount of discharge increases, then you may be around the start of your period. every girl has it.

when you eat, try eating slower and enjoying your food more. this lets the brain know exactly when you're full so that you know when to stop. also, try eating more meals a day, including breakfast, to raise your metabolism. also, if you can, try to go for a walk/jog/run after your meals. this will help burn off calories as well.
