also, if you eat before you go to bed, you can be restless because your body is trying to digest the food, which could lead to pretty crappy sleep. [ cheddar's advice column | Ask cheddar A Question ]

HelpMeHeather answered Tuesday January 3 2006, 10:00 pm: Heyyy girlie!!
their right you shouldnt eat after 7 because you body cant digest as well when your sleeeping, furing the day when you eat lunch you walk around and it burns calories. Now eating grapefruits and applesauce, is better than skittles and reeses, but yogurt tends to have many lipids and fatty acids, which is good but their hard to brun while sleeping. so stick with the fruit chica, and you'll be set
Askme247 answered Tuesday January 3 2006, 8:52 pm: Thats no true you can eat at whatever time you want.. But!!! It is not good to eat 2 hours befor you go to bed because your body does not break down the food properly...... but you can eat whenever but it probably is a good thing to eat healthy!!!!
Kr4z3y_Ch3lly answered Tuesday January 3 2006, 8:15 pm: thats a myth.
its the amount of calories you eat during the day.
like your only supposed to have 1000 something calories a day and if you go over that by eating at night then thats when youll gain wait. but if you havnt eatin your full amount of calories yet you wont gain anything.
so say you missed breakfast had lunch then skipped dinner and then had something after 7pm you wouldnt gain anything cause it would probibly equal up to your full amount of calories your supposed to have. i know that confusing but i hope you get what i mean.
