Q: I really need a lot of help on getting over my ex boyfriend. I went out with him for 9 months and we loved eachother and everything*. but we broke up like 4 months ago and since he was my first love and first and only person to have sex with.. i was absolutly in love with him. But now he has a new gf and i need to move on. I sorta like this kid and he likes me a lot too but i just need help .. i can't like picture myself with any1 else yet.Nothings like 'clicking' with any1 esle.. nothings the same. Help please- i'll rate

I know how you feel. You fell like there will be no one else ever to love again. Trust me, those things your thinking are wrong. I totally thought that and I found myself, a few months later...over him. It might take a while..but try not to focus on him so much. Try to like other guys, get to know other guys..stuff like that! Q: I am a 39 y/o female with a question about a budding relationship.
First we are both cops, different agencies, but work the same patrol area. He is state and I am county. My "friend" is a 42 y/o male that is divorced and has a 12 y/o daughter that he doesn't have custody of but has visitation with. I have never met her, and hoping if things go well with her dad, I will get the chance.
At this stage we are just friends, but I think that it will go somewhere eventually. Should it, I would like to know from my friends in this relm, how to be nice with his daughter when it comes down to meeting her, and not make her feel threatened with her relationship with her dad, or make her think I am replacing her mom. I would never ever do that. All advice on this is welcome! Thanks so much :)

Well have the dad talk to her about it before you even come over to visit. Her dad can say things like "She's a nice lady, and she wants to be your friend..." stuff like that. So then, when you come over...she'll be open to have a relationship with you. I hope it goes well! Maybe you should get her a small gift or something? Just to show her you want to be friends...good luck:)

Q: This may sound dumb but I really need help.

I was browsing the internet and remembered a site I had visited earlier called TeenOrg or something like that- it had like chat rooms and articles and stuff. I was pretty sure I remembered it, so I typed in teenorg.com. And viola, a teen porn page appears. Of course I closed it out, but I'm freaked now- my uncle fixes my computer quite often and I'm scared he'll see it.

My internet browser is Mozilla Firefox and my computer is Windows XP. How do I get rid of it?

I had Mozilla Firefox. I dont have it anymore but you need to find the "Prefrences" icon or something like settings, look for history, and clear it out. But, if you did not clear the history dont worry. I mean, you can just explain to him what happened! But only tell him about it if he asks. Because if you just start talking about it he'll think you actually did look at the porn.

Q: ok...well my ex boyfriend recently told me that he still loves me--ALOT! He called me on my cell phone at 1 in the morning...and i was asleep but it woke me up and i answered and he said...what would you say if i asked you out again...and at the time i still had some feelings for him...so not thinking being as sleepy as i was i said yes...the next day when i woke up i totally changed my mind...so when i got home the next day i had 62 missed calls on my phone!! all from him!!! and then i got a text message from him asking me out again...i said we should just be friends back...but then he said you led me on...and i don't even want to be friends with you you hurt me to much. And i can see how i led him on but...i mean i was really tierd and sleepy and wasn't half aware of what i was saying...but i really want to be friends with him...hes a great guy!!! Help me!!! What should i tell him?

Just explain to him that he called at 1 am and that you were half asleep and didnt know what you were talking about. He seems a little stalkerish to me. Sure a few missed calls is sweet but 62 is scary. If he doesnt wanna be your friend after explaining..then forget him!

Thats very wrong of them, I'm christian and if someone told me they were Jewish I would totally respect that. I'm sorry they say that to you. What you should say when they say that? Say "Look, you have your beliefs and I have mine. Lets just respect eachothers religion and thats that" Thats the nice way of saying it, and if they still talk crap..beat them up...or talk crap about them =D

It all depends on the columnists site layout. Just look for a link that says "Add as friend" or "Make favorite". It'll be on their column somewhere...on the top, on the sides, you'll find it!

Q: me and my boyfriend fight on and off all the time we never het along ne more but i love him i have been with him for almost 2 years and i almost had a kid with him but he treats me really bad. He yells at me all the time and calls me really mean, hurtful names he hurts me so bad sometimes that i cry and sometimes cry myself to sleep he means the world to me but he always makes me feel like i am nothing and puts me down all the time. Leave him. You love him, but he makes you feel miserable. Makes you cry 24-7, and hurts you emotionally and maybe even physically? Look, I know you love the guy...but staying with him is making him think its ok to hurt you. Get away from him, hes dangerous. And if he trys to get with you again, please dont take him back. Hes not worth it..you deserve someone better!

Q: Ok, I really like this guy at my school. In a couple weeks there is going to be a dance and I really want to ask this guy out. But I have self esteem and dont think that Im pretty enough and am afraid of rejection. All my friends keep telling me that I should go for it. But Im very very VERY nervous. What do I do?

Haha:) I just answered your question like a minute ago. Well i said to just ask him online through IM or email because its way easier to ask people out through the internet. You wont get as nervous!

Maybe you should figure out his IM or email (if you dont have it already) and ask him that way! It's totally easy to do stuff like that online because your not seeing his face or anything! You wont be as nervous!

Q: what are the signs for a guy liking you? ok, i know the signs that everyone says are like, he talks to you alot, kind of flirts, sits with you, looks at you, stuff like that. ok so this guy i am in like IN LOVE with did that and i thought he liked me. but he didn't tell me directly, like "i don't like you" but he said ifyou don't know someone well enough he can't like them and i was talking to him. and i sooo thought that he liked me! but the signs were wrong... how could you REALLY tell if he likes you?

The only way for sure 100% is if you ask him directly. For now, hang out with him a lot and let him get to know you...and then after you think he knows you and all...and you've hung out quite a bit...ask him if he likes you!

Q: Okay, well last night i had a dream that my crush asked me out ..so i invited him over except "my house" wasnt really MY house! It had a pool which i dont have and i had a different family. so anyway, the whole time we never hung out! He just hung out with these boys i think were my cousins (and i dont even have boy cousins!!) And didnt talk to me..then all of a sudden were outside and we start talking when a landmass happens and the only people left are me and him on this little peice of land that somehow DIDNT fall!! ?!? Then he says i want to break up withh you!! After all that ..what is this telling me? do you think i shouldnt ask him out cuz he will dump me fast? Im so confused ..i rate! sry about the length! This dream is telling you nothing. dreams are dreams...you cant control them and they do not mean anything. For example, lets say I murdered someone in my dream..does this tell me I'm a murderer? Nope...dont worry, its a dream..and your dreaming about him because you think about him all the time.

This is normal. Your period is irregular for about 3 years. People get their periods in different ways: every month, every other month, every 6 months, or maybe even every year. all depends! :)

Q: my hair is straight already, but sometimes it flips on the ends. do you think it would be dumb if i got a straightener even though my hair is already straight?

No but dont get those like $100 ones or $40 ones. Go to WalMart, or Target and get the cheap ones. You know even if you straighten all of your hair it'll look even nicer..

Q: ok well, in social studies class i sit in the back. And the other day this kid Dan had been absent and we had a test that day. Well the day he came back he had to take it (i sit next to him) and during his test his cell goes off. In my school we r not aloud to have cells phones. And he thought if he reached in his pocket and turned it off then the teacher would think he was cheating. So he wisppers to me to turn it off. So i reach in his pocket about to turn it on when the teacher sees us. She thought that i was doing some thing **else** inhis pocket then turning off his cell phone. Now i have a detention for "cheating" and for doing other stuff wit dan!! wht do i do?!

Well all you can do is keep explaining to her that it was nothing like that, and explain to her why your hand was in his pocket. If she still doesnt believe you, well then..go to detention and then move on. Stuff like this happens alot..I mean like getting detention for something uoi didnt do. So instead of arguing, just go to detention, and get it over with. Sorry about that!

Q: everytime i leave my hair down if i brush it it gets all staticy. how can i stop ot from getting like that??? (i use conditioner)

Buy Biosilk or Frizzeaze. At target or whatever..beauty supply store..its cheap + works good with keeping all the static out!

Q: I heard that early signs of pregnancy dont occur until after a missed period. Is this true? If not, what signs are there that you might be pregnant in the few weeks before your next period. Thanx

Well your stomach may be getting a little bit bigger and your gaining weight. There is this pregnancy test called FirstResponse and you can take it a few days before your missed period. So its faster results! Just be patient and good luck!

Q: Im doing so bad in school! I have an F, a D, and the rest are all C's and B's..my mom keeps saying if i dont bring my grades up (she said this when i got my last report card which wasnt as bad as this one) that she will not let me do anythingg besides my school work and after school activities! Ugh..i cannot imagine what i am going to say to my mom that im FAILING? Has anyone ever done/said anything that works? Also how do i stop procrastinating and STUDY&do homework??

Just think about it, when you come home...eat..do whatever...do all your homework..you'll have a lot of time to do whatever you want! And if you wait till the last minute you'll fail..so just do it, get it over with, and have fun watching tv..being online..the rest of the time:)

Uh, its just the movies! How about inviting your friend over to watch a movie or dvd you already have? Moms will always be like that so i dont think you can change her mind!
